can't contact casinoshare??

Hi..I just made a deposit to casinoshare and my bonus (which I opted in for) did not show up, so I tried calling them...I am not able to reach them. They have always answered before, also the live chat is not working..Anyone else having trouble reaching them?? I am also waiting for a withdrawl from them. This is making me a bit nervous..

I am playing on the watered down USA version, does that make any difference? How do I contact these new people..I really need to get my payout...Thanks so much
 
Me again..Well it shows my payout in the works...I noticed my tier and comp points just shows a -, my points are gone..If you click on contact me, it comes up unable to display..I don't know who to contact...:confused:
 
This just keeps getting worse. Now "my account" page is missing..I called casino rewards and they had me uninstall casino and try to reinstall..Well after 2 hours with them, cannot reinstall, they are having problems with the merge..And I have no answers yet about my 750.00 payout!! Yikes

Players were sent an email on wednesday, presumably using the email addresses from Playshare's database. Since CR spam so much, it is possible this got caught up in spam filters as "just another CR spam offer".

It was all done in a huge rush, and appears to have not been organised properly.

There was NO orderly exit from Playshare, and many promos were in mid flow when the change happened, and it seems CR are NOT honouring these, nor are they honouring comp points and VIP levels gained through Playshare.

They ARE honouring CASH balances, and it may be necessary to resubmit the withdrawal. Check that missing withdrawals were not reversed back to the account like my one from Casino Share was (made the day before the change).
 
Thank you for all the replies...On Monday my withdrawl was showing work in progress..Yesterday the page where you check deposits and withdrawls was gone, and no the money was not back in my account..They had me uninstall the casino and try to reinstall, it will not reinstall..I did get a pm from Renee this morning so I did email her with all the details..I have never had any issues with Casinoshare, so I am sure they will take care of this..It is just a bit unerving when the account page is gone that shows my payout..Of course now the whole casino is gone (and with my deposit)..Yikes

Thank you for all the replies...On Monday my withdrawl was showing work in progress..Yesterday the page where you check deposits and withdrawls was gone, and no the money was not back in my account..They had me uninstall the casino and try to reinstall, it will not reinstall..I did get a pm from Renee this morning so I did email her with all the details..I have never had any issues with Casinoshare, so I am sure they will take care of this..It is just a bit unerving when the account page is gone that shows my payout..Of course now the whole casino is gone (and with my deposit)..Yikes

Hi Weplant, Just wanted to let you know that IMO Renee really wants to help the player, but i dont think she has the pull she needs, to get payouts done on time, that is due to the payment processor. Im in the middle just like you, i had a cashout for 150.00 from Grand Mondial that was to be paid on the 13th of Feb and today is the 23rd Feb and still not paid yet. Never had this problem with the PlayShare group, always had my funds in 48 hours from cashout. Renee and Jim(payment processor) have told me everyday since the 17th, that my cashout will be paid today..... But today never seems to come.
I have all my contact with them save if anyone is interested in any of it.
............... Who knows, maybe today is the DAY!

This is the fault of PLAYSHARE. It is PLAYSHARE who should have dealt with such "loose ends" that resulted from BEFORE the transfer, but they didn't. They lumbered CR with all the outstanding withdrawals and customer queries. As we have been told, the two systems were incompatible so that not only did CR have to clean up the mess, they had to do so with data that was incompatible with their systems.

Playshare have simply walked away from this mess, no explanation, no "sorry" to players who were inconvenienced, and no "thanks for your loyalty". We wake up one morning to find a "done deal", and for a few players, a mess.
 
I got a email from Renee yesterday and she said there was a problem with quicktender..She has been very responsive and helpful, but I just want my payout.I checked today it is still not in my QT, however it has finally left Casinshare...So, I am assuming that is good news...Hopefully future payouts will not be like this...
