Canadians registering at new Boyles Casino

I just wanted to give a heads up to any Canadians that register at Boyles Sports. I registered for CM's excellent ND offer today. First you need to register a credit card...no big deal. Alot of casinos/sportsbook sites require that. Then when I tried to login it said I was in a restricted country. So I contacted support and asked if Canada was restricted. He said no but they required a copy of my photo ID, utility bill, and front and back of the credit card I registered before they would activate my account. Again, alot of casinos require these documents, even though I've never had to send them to activate my account but oh well....so I sent them all of my documents. This is where it is now not worth it...for me personally anyway. They just emailed me back asking for yet ANOTHER piece of ID or a picture of me holding my license or credit card!!!!!! I'm all for security but I think this is going a little too far. I have sent these exact documents in to many other casinos of all different types of software and have never had a problem. I'm very hesitant to send even more proof of who I am when I have already sent them more than enough. Am I wrong here? Is this a little too much? Any input would be appreciated guys. Thanks

Hiya, If you already sent them all the doc's, what difference does it make it you send it while you are holding them? If that was required, then should have you do that in the first place.

Actually we went through this already - Canadians can join, but we're not allowed to play the casino client. Which is really a bummer cause I love those games.

Personally I think requesting a picture of you holding the documents goes way beyond what should be necessary for security purposes.

Besides, now I have to go find my dad and tell him how much I admire him for having a driver's license and ask if I can take his picture while he holds it.

It was a Rival casino that first asked me for a picture of me holding my ID. Guess us canucks are a suspect bunch.

I wouldn't bother unless you wanted to play their sportsbook.
