Just a heads up to any Canadian players that Let-it-Ride or 3CardPoker are no longer accessible to us. I found out after making my monthly match bonus where I always play LIR. Wouldn't let me play, and there has been absolutly no mention of it being made inaccessible. I would expect a casino of that caliber to notify players when there is a change like this to those who are affected.
Can't play the slots they offer, tried too on a few occasions but find they are just no fun.No play and no fun when you don't hit anything.
Looks like they have come to the end of the road for me. I have always been able to deposit after the monthly promotion and play and withdraw if I want, the bonus promotions are based on the deposit on which you got the bonus.Subsequent deposits were able to be withdrawn.Found out the hard way last month that this also changed. Too bad, I do like them but cannot play on these terms anymore.

I deposit into intercasino and playboy weekly, I have never cashed out from intercasino and i cant even recall last time i did with playboy. So no loss for me as this time around its going to be a long time before i make a deposit with either of these groups. The slots play much differently then in the past very few bonus rounds or free spins and for me the fun just vanished with this group.

I was also surprised earlier this week by these strange game exclusions for Canadians. Anyone has any idea why these specific games have suddenly been made be unavailable to us?

Definitely weird stuff happening with this game. Vegas Red had Three-card Poker unavailable for months before removing it completely. Is the game available at Vegas Red for non-canadians or was it removed for everyone?

Could this be a copyright issue with the game?

I can play the 3 card and all the other single card games. Multi player is not available to USA in fun mode though.

I did some digging and found that it was a licensing issue.
It seems that Crypto would rather play by the rules than steal the games by changing the names (like 'Trey Card Poker' or 'Let Them Ride') as many less honourable online providers do-shame on them for playing fair:rolleyes:

You mean, WR from deposit+bonus carry over even after you zero'd? Yeah, that was a surprise for me too (Got free $100 from intercasino)

Canadians restricted games

Hello

I saw this thread and just wanted to clarify for all our players in Canada. Due to a ruling of the Ontario Lottery Corporation we are unable to offer Let It Ride Poker, Three Card Poker and Casino War to players located in Canada. All our other games are still available. Players from outside of Canada are still able to access and play these games as before.

We informed all our Canadian players by e-mail in the last week of September Due to a recent regulatory ruling, we regret to inform you that Canadian players will not be able to play Let it Ride or Three Card Poker in our Play for Real Casino from 1st October 2008.

The change was actually implemented on October 2 and regrettably also includes Casino War due to the same reason.

Intercasino operates under licenses issued by the Lotteries & Gaming Authority of Malta and we are also regulated by this Authority. As such we have a legal responsibility to comply with all national or international rulings.

I personally feel very sad that we have had to block access to these three games to our Canadian players but of course they still have full access to all our other 200+ games and I hope that they will find another game to suit their taste.

Restrictions on how the games operate online.

Mr.Ryan Hartley.I have considered playing online, at an online casino.I have thought about playing at your Intercasino, or at Bryan's favorite casino www.red32.com and other casinos that Canadians can gamble at online and are on Casinomeister's good casinos list.

I have tried to talk to Bryan, to explain to me about how the shoe games operate online <Blackjack, Baccarat, Spanish 21, Casino War,> in comparison to how a casino that is operated by a physical casino.

The fear for me with online casino gambling on table games, is that the shoes, will not be truly randomized online mathematically, like the shoes are at any casino that operates in Ontario or any province, state, territory or country in the world.

The fear is a stacked shoe, going either towards the player <cooler>, which is highly unlikely, or one that is slanted in the house's favored. Marking of the cards, setting up the shoes purposely, has happened at casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States <shown on A and E>, in order for a player to cheat the casino, with the aid of a casino dealer.

The fear would be the same happening online through the program's coding, which is why many casinos are on the Rogue List.

I wanted to know exactly how these online shoes are randomized, and why aren't the shoes set up and randomized, like in the Hoyle Casino game series?

Why couldn't the randomization of the cards happen, and have those values fixed and controlled by the casino, making sure that the integrity of both sides, is being held up, so the online casino in question, wouldn't stacked the shoes against the player, on purpose, to counter one person's wagering strategy?

The shoes, should be fair, just like www.pokerstars.com is fair with how they deal out their 52 cards in their poker games.Making sure that fair randomization, according to the mathematics involved, would allow both sides of the gamble, to gamble fairly against one another.

Another area of randomization is being questioned, is in the game Roulette, about how the ball and spin is calculated, and how the program views the bets to make sure that cheating doesn't happen, by the casino against the player in this game, when a player using their betting pattern.

Same applies to betting strategies and randomization for Craps and Sic Bo games.

This issues doesn't just affect me, but other members of this website, and is being discussed globally, and is a fear and a major reason why the United States has banned online casino gambling and wants to prevent its citizens from playing at these sites.

Integrity is a major issue when dealing with anything online.

People will misrepresent, steal and kill for money.

I hope that your response, and/or direction to other websites that has the information that I am seeking, that many of my friends, who are considering gambling at any online casino, would like answered.

When I am at the casino in Ontario, I can watch how the casino is shuffling the cards, rolling the dice and security sees me betting my chips onto the table.

I hope that you can answer my questions, or have another representative to help you explain this all to me and others on here in the forums.

I hope that Casinomeister himself, will be in this thread for comment.

I'm still relatively knew to this website and to online casinos, but I have been gambling at pokerstars.com and www.thegreek.com for several years now.

Integrity is an issue for those sites, and the greek is offshore with their online casino, that may be suspect with its randomization process.

Hope that you can help me to understand how the games are randomized.

Sorry, but that's a bad reference.

Out and out cheating by offline casinos (At least in Vegas) hasn't been around in years.

You've got to realize that the stuff A&E shows on-air is about stuff that's happened years ago. A great example of this is their "Breaking Vegas" series.

Did anyone get this email? I certainly didn't, nor did any of the folks on the other boards I read.

Thank you Mr Hartley for your reply on this subject, but I did not receive any such email. I even went back and reread them, and I get all my junk mail delivered as well.

Could you please provide more information on this ruling by the Ontario Lottery Corporation (sic), which is now the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. Also, I do not understand how an Ontario regulatory ruling can apply to all Canadian players, or was this simply in the interest of simplicity?

Thank you for your help in this regard.

no email for me

Just reading the rest of this thread and can say that I never recieved the email stating the changes. I also did try to email Ryan but must have had the wrong address as I recieved no reply from there too.

Ryan, if you read this I wanted to email you to see if you might offer a freebie (by invitation only) blackjack tournament for the regular depositors at Intercasino. Would be a nice Christmas pressie for those of us that play frequently there.

Online casinos, randomizing and cheating.

Winbig.Cheating still happens in Las Vegas casinos by both players and by the casino too.

There are machines in Las Vegas, that have locked out the jackpots from people in Video Poker, Slots, and the microchip is starting to affect Roulette too.

The programs in the microchip can be used to lock out jackpots and the same technology can be used by online casinos.

If human nature can cause people to lie, cheat and steal from one another, then why wouldn't this happen in a casino, in which millions of dollars are flowing through every day?

Atronic, a gambling manufacturer in the United States, has a single zero roulette machine that does cheat the player. The program picks up on your play, and then sends results in which you will lose.

The average player won't catch this happening to them, because they are lost off in la la land, and are too trusting of people.I hope that these people don't leave their doors unlocked in bad neighborhoods too.

Casinos have shaved odds off of their games, they have cheated players out of money <see rogue casino list>, and next will be cheating programs.

The best casinos believe in integrity. The worst ones don't.

Look how quickly Mr. Ryan Hartley has replied to my message on here.

In his defense, I believe that there is a Ryan Hartley that does play poker for high stakes, but from a business point of view, there were follow up questions, he didn't bother to answer.

Winbig, it shows you how people can be.

Intercasino and www.red32.com have caught my eye, and I want to know as much about these businesses before I invest my money into them for gambling purposes, and any good gambler would do the same thing.

Deception still happens in Las Vegas casinos, and I have had conversations will good gamblers, who go there, personal friends, who have warned me of how bad casinos can be, and human error situations.

The casinos make money off of the losers, not off of professional gambler with good gambling skills.

The casino isn't like playing professional golf or other sports.

I hope by years end that an Intercasino rep will talk to me about their business.

We'll see Winbig.Just be careful with anything controlled by a computer program in Las Vegas, because not only are the casinos watching you, but if you win big, so will the FBI too.

Best wishes and good luck.

Scooter 7.Online casinos offer shoe based games that aren't exactly shoe based in a real brick and mortar casino.

How many online casinos actually offer a real shoe game online? That means no shuffling after every hand, a real shoe game, protected so no one would cheat the casino, and the players would get a real at home experience, as if they were playing in a real casino physically.

That I wouldn't mind knowing.

Changing the names of the games, fits into this realm of manipulation of the situations. The 3 card poker game gets called something else, and add some bonus features.

War can get called by a French or Italian name.

If the shoe games online, were exactly like the shoe games at our physical casinos, it would affects millions of people, who would gamble online, knowing that the game they are playing will be fair <Spanish 21, Blackjack, Baccarat and Blackjack Switch and Casino War>.

It's about fairness on both sides.

But you know how business can be Scooter, business isn't always fair.

Good luck in your gambling.
