Nobody in Canada except serious online gamblers even knows who Net Entertainment is. I can't see Doug Ford bringing in a European company to PlayOLG. Maybe back in 2016 but now, Net Ent is a shell of its former self.

Ontario is changing, though. Doug finally is adding SG and my Ontario local (Hard Rock) is the only casino in Canada with Incredible Technologies on their floors.

As you can see, we Canadians really really really want to play netent games. Lol.
There are a lot of us not just the vocal few on this forum.

And we are having a hard time understanding why netent is not available to us. Even after your explanation. And it might be we are not in the know. But it just doesn’t make sense to us.

Thank you for taking the time.

LOL I was going to post almost the same thing, Nobody knows or cares who Net Ent is in our government.:D
Then why didn't you?
Instead you posted..
News to all of us that we regulated, lol. Again they only talked about it but it never happened and now they sold the casino's off now and now it's a scramble on how to make it work.
So if we are not government regulated why is it that we can't use our Canadian financial institute issued credit or debit cards to directly fund online gambling (except our provincial online casino)? And why is it that Neteller, Skrill and Ecopayz won't let us use their services to fund online gambling?
What difference does it make if anyone at any level of government has heard of NetEnt? Apparently NetEnt has heard of Canadian "regulations".
I thought that we were trying to establish why NetEnt chooses not to allow Canadians to play their slots for real money online.
Apologies if the cynic in me felt it had to be about monetary gain.
Perhaps NetEnt is just that ethical that they choose to respect Canadian "regulations".

Umm I meant I was going to post that as well.

What I post is common sense? So tell me then do you know what the regulations are? The banks made those decisions themselves not cause the government made them.

You caught me on a good day as I have already been laying the smackdown on stupidity in regards to Employers and to the ones that would not even give me an interview and belittle me cause they don't know how to do the hiring process.

Yes we are trying to get netent to tell us that's why WE ARE POSTING AND TRYING TO TELL THEM! All everyone did was panic and pulled the plug when there was only TALK of regulations. Like someone said why did Microgaming not panic and pull out then?

Nice post for a newbie. What’s wrong with you? Is there a need to be rude?
Ecopayz is available to Canadians unless it’s changed in the last 10 minutes cuz that when I last used it.

And what regulations are you talking about? You seem to know a lot. Sarcasm intended.

No problem guys... You are the veterans and I am the newbie. So I am rude. I know nothing. And there is no merit to my points.
I shall bow to the wisdom of the slotmaster and forever lurk in the shadows of the forum without comment. (sarcasm intended)

Hey we have tricked the world into thinking we are the nicest people on the planet. You are completely outting us.

No but really go have a shot of maple syrup and breathe that deep fresh Canadian air and do a reset or I may have to ask Brian to do an IP check to see if you really are Canadian

Yes, you should listen to me and my wisdom cause I am always right. :)

I was thinking 3rd from left,lol.

You guys are picking the people with glasses because my other picture I am wearing them but i do wear contacts too :D

But I am either 3,4 or 5 and quite possibly a mayan :eek2::eek:

Canadians can use Ecopayz fine. The only recent thing that has changed is that you can't load up Ecopayz directly with Visa as doing do would remove our ability to use the account for gambling. There are ways around this since you can buy Ecovouchers with a visa and load up the Ecopayz account that way.

And the ecocard has been cancelled.. so only withdrawal option available now is bank transfer.

As for NetEnt working through official channels.. seems like a long time spent losing eager/loyal depositors on a pipedream.

Plenty of other have enjoyed the increased profitshare created by their competition voluntarily leaving their piece of the pie in the tray.

If the hope is to assimilate into the provincial online casinos the logic would be similar to Bell Canada deciding to get out of the Telecom Industry monopoly they've held a large piece of forever because they really want to get their foot in the door on this two tin cans and a string thing the government is working on..

Time for me to be the hated member again lol.

But i have now read SuperShell's post a few times now to make sure and sorry but i do not find it rude at all.

Maybe there was no need to have quoted Slotmaster but the rest of her post was giving her opinion's as to why she thought Netent were not in Canada. Whether she post's a little or a lot should make no difference to her being allowed to post her opinion. Actually the post's in response to her opinion were more rude.

Fair enough Paul :D

There was however no need for the dolly out of the pram and sarcasm moment which ensued.

Jon Jon Jon lol.

Be honest here . If you made a comment and got a few rude responses. And your opinion was neither respected or wanted would you not have posted a similar reply before saying you would bow out the thread.

Come on you know you would:p

Always honest with my CM friends you know that Paul :D

When first joining CM, no. Nowadays, you can guarantee it matey :p

I will now gracefully slip under my duvet with a large helping of humble pie and bow out of this particular part of this thread :o

Way to go guys... with the gentle grace of a Saturday night hockey brawl ya got us all just pushed out into the cold..

*puts on his toque*

But at least the border between us and them is undefended eh?

Molson?

First of all there was no reason for me to be singled out by supershell more so cause he/she posted what I was saying themselves. I agree that it does not matter if it's a newbie or not and we should welcome newbies if they post constructive.

I find it sad that within 2 minutes people reported my post and to those you need to look at your life. I edited my post and said my peace so it is others that really need to chill and the mods recognized that.

It is getting bad on here where every thread is de railed lately and yes I made a couple posts but I felt bad and really wanted to get back on topic.

But it is bad everywhere at the moment online to others not just me and I know that and sadly s you can see Canadians are not all nice and such that everyone says and it is really bad here.

For the record tho it doesn't matter to me what people think of me I would like to point out that since I was the one that defended supershell I never reported your post.

Can not actually believe anyone would report your post at all as there was nothing in it that needed reporting guess some people just have to much spare time.

Sorry. He or she opened their post with a super aggressive, rude and obnoxious comment about slotmasters post. Who does that.

Sorry no she never. If you think that was way aggressive then that is your opinion. I notice her name is not in red so think it is clear the Mod's on here do not think she was out of line either.

But as for you replies then yes they were rude sarcastic and aggressive. I mean telling people to ignore the newbie:rolleyes:

Can you tell us Canadians stick together, even when we are wrong! Don't worry Paul, we will have your back at some point too. We are very passionate people.

Firstly. Didn’t report the post. Don’t think anyone reported the post for that matter cuz it wasn’t rude on the level we find on the trump thread. Just thought it was aggressive the way they responded to slotmaster.

Secondly. I didn’t say ignore the newbie as in ignore them I meant ignore their post, should have been clearer.

As for my response. Sarcastic. Yes. Rude. Not really. But I suppose it’s a matter of opinion.

Hey guys

As you can see and kind of what I was trying to get at is it was just a troublemaker passing through and I was a target for some reason. Sadly this is not the 1st time as I have had this happen a few times on different sites and you saw the ugly side of me as I don't take crap and stand up for myself now. I have no idea why still and who that person is as I don't really tell anyone about me being on here and think the only time is when I was streaming. I do believe it was also a person who had a bad day and wanted to take it out on other's, I have a bad day every day but I don't take it out on other's and I ask not for it to be done to me. I do fight for the right thing though and common sense.

Lastly, I very much appreciate the postings and help I received from some like lockinlove, Steviedoo and bebo as that uplifted my spirits and loved some of your posts..
Hopefully, everyone is happy happy again and we continue with normal forum programming.:)

I am going to go on record and say that I was the one who happened to see your post ( The reply to SS64 ) a minute after you posted it and report it. In hindsight, I should have waited, but my mindset at the time was that that sort of talk shouldn't be said and when I did the report I mentioned to warn.

For that end, slotmaster... I am sorry. :/

As for you being singled out by SS64, that was not right at all and given everything that you have mentioned on this forum that has happened to you, it is like the world is really against you and reinforces your train of thought.

well, it's BC which doesnt much help me but maybe ON soon to follow
but anyway...online reps, ya reading? You see the part that says REGULATED? How 'bout letting us play again in your casinos?
