Canadian casino problems

Any affiliated Canadian casinos with Spin City and Jackpot casino are very difficult people to deal with played many times and won withdrew money several times no problem then back in Jan 2021 I went to withdraw and I got a huge song and dance saying that I had to send proof of who I was was so I sent in my drivers license and BC service card both with my picture and address full exactly what was on my profile and still refused to pay me . Ve careful they do this more so that they are not losing money and so you will put it back in by playing which is what I ended up doing. This should be made known to others i think they are scammers.

Well Spincity casino and jackpot casino both online are crooked sites i had made a mistake in my deposit withdrew my 500.00 in less 5 days I received my money then I was play a game actually won the grand prize jackpot of 3750.00 so I thought I would withdraw 3600.00 leavethe rest for playing well now all of a sudden they want verification on who I they did this before and ended up putting the money on my account and the sole purpose of this is the customer gets frustrated and ends up spending the money and they don't lose money win win for them . Such garbage a matter of 3 day's between withdrawl and they want my identity really so needless to say I filed a complaint with the Canadian gaming association and I did send them my documents so will see if they follow through with the agreement
