My educated guess, based on having been in the Riga studio, seen the table layouts and the many floors they occupy.

It could be a couple of things:

• Building work - Evolution is constantly moving tables about, drilling, running cables, creating new spaces etc. It could be that.
• Vibration through the false floor - every 30 mins is a dealer change - it could be that there is a lot of traffic going past the table at the same time and the false floor is bouncing a bit. the tables are really close to the walkways - it's like a rabbit warren in there.

It is just the way it is when it is spinning. If the wheel was static and the ball was put on top of the wheel tip it would not vibrate...... Everything or anything will move if there is forces involved.

The only problem with that argument is why the dealer didn't seem to realise this, and her body language/facial expressions implied (to me) she thought there was something odd/unexpected going on with the ball, but I think the explanations about floor disturbance are probable, more likely than a remote controlled ball or magnets being activated.

Then again in the video below the ball movement looks a bit odd, but I rarely play roulette, so regular players will know much better than me if this is normal.

There are a lot of vids on utube making accusations, however I find it hard to believe a big, established firm, subject to testing, would be doing anything untoward.

A roulette table is a machine that in the long run makes the owner 2.7% of every single bet placed on it. Why would anyone in their right mind do something "dodgy" that could put doubt into the minds of the people that feed it...?

In theory I agree with you, there's no need for a huge company like evolution to fix things as they have a 2.7% house edge like you say and have a lot to lose if they got caught cheating by losing they're license, it makes sense! In practice though they're tables are definitely controlled in some way, in the above video you can clearly see the ball was going to drop in the 10 pocket and was pulled to number 01, the key word there was "pulled" not bounced!!

I have played at landbased casinos for over 10 years, i'm fully aware that how the ball lands on different tables can be hugely different. For example some tables the ball instantly drops, on some the ball will bounce all over the place and on some the ball will land in a totally different section of the wheel to where you think it's going to land and i have no problem with that as i can see the ball movement is legit! Also i must add even wheels that you know roughly how they land can have an odd spin where they ride the wheel or bounce in an odd manner!

My problem with evolutions tables are that there are so, so many dodgy spins that defy the laws of physic's and you can clearly see the ball being pulled (magnet). The real truth is that i do believe that their tables/games meet the rtp but in a controlled manner if that makes sense! The bottom line is that i have stopped playing any of evolutions games, if i want the true random experience then i'll play landbased but all this is just my honest opinion, so please no one attack me haha! Just to add as i've said, i've played at landbased casino for over 10 years and never accused any of the many casinos of cheating or controlling the wheel, so why would i accuse evolution if something wasn't clearly dodgy ;-)

Sadly all roulette wheels are 100% fixed down, meaning it doesn't matter if anyone walks by it, jump up & down in any casino it wouldn't make any difference at all.
The wheels should be level at all times & should be checked daily again, you don't pay the high price for a roulette wheel for nothing.

Highly unlikely it was a earth quake.

Could be a unbalanced wheel doubting that though.
Or it could be the metal In that ball leave that where it is..............
