Hi Gang

I just checked out Prime Casino - looks nice - but the signup bonus terms are contradictory to the general bonus terms as far as I can see. It doesnt seem very clear, but tell me what you think. (It is the EziBonus system MG use)

Up to $100 on us!

As a new player, we'll match your first deposit 100% up to $100, doubling your bankroll immediately! You'll see your bonus added to your account immediately after making your 1st deposit.

For example:
Buy $50 in casino chips - Play with $100!
Buy $100 in casino chips - Play with $200!

Important! The only deposit that is eligible for this play bonus is your first deposit at the Prime Casino. The total maximum play bonus that will be given for your first deposit bonus is $100. This play bonus may not be combined with any other bonus unless otherwise stated. In the interest of fair gaming in order to cash out any amount of money you must wager at least twenty (20) times your play bonus plus deposit. If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.

For example:
Deposit $50 get $50 Free - minimum wager is $1500
Deposit $100 get $100 Free - minimum wager is $3000

BUT then it states:

Rules
An account is made up of a Cash Account and a Bonus Account.
You cant withdraw from the Bonus Account; however, this account can be used to place bets with. Only from the Cash Account can withdrawals be made and these can be done at any time.
Betting requirements (or playthroughs) are shown in the terms and conditions of each promotion.

So the second one says the cash account can be withdrawn at any time, but the first one says you have to play through 20 x (D+B) ...which isnt $1500 anyway :what:

Im confused I tell you - CONFUSED!! :eek2:

So am I now!
I e-mailed the casino Thursday because the terms did say you must wager your Deposit+Bonus x20 in the top section you quoted.

The reply I got was that it is bonus only x20.
It looks like they corrected that bit, but then screwed up when they tried to clarify the WR underneath!

Obviously the figures stated are Bx30 = normal for MG's.

Someone has screwed up big time here.
Why oh why don't these casinos employ someone to check all this stuff before they go public?
I know a guy called KK who would be very interested in the job if the price was right...

Clause 1.1:

Should you decide to bet over 31p per spin, you will be instantly classed as "a crazy high roller" and all bonus moneys forfeited in order to fund the low rolling community.

Clause 1.2 (FU Clause)

Should you repeatedly bet 29p per spin for a long duration ('long' to be determined by the casino), or make large bets followed by small bets, you may be considered as actually using your brain and employing 'strategies' to clear the bonus WR, i.e.: actually attempting to win. This is bonus abuse. If the casino so determines that this is the case, all winnings, bonus, deposit, first born children, and your car, will be confiscated and your account locked. We will not enter into any communication exchange regarding this decision.

**Note** The above is fully tongue in cheek and does not reflect directly the T&C of Prime casino. I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV.

Phone support gave me a different answer. After putting me on hold while checking with some other persons, they told me it's a standard Clearplay/eZ Bonus with 30x playthrough (in different words). And the website terms are incorrect.

The current terms make no sense. One might think it was a sticky (says "play bonus") or a Clearplay with 40xB playthrough. The terms could also be interpreted as a sticky or Clearplay with 20xB or 30xB wagering. One might also think it was a sticky, in which winnings can be cashed out at any point -- 0xB wagering. It's almost looks like they tried to combine two T&Cs into one, cut and pasting pieces of both T&Cs.

good thing i lost then... this slipped me while reading it, i mean i read it but those words did not jump out and say that to me. i did not want to play it totally through, but i went broke in ten minutes anyway... maybe the word bonus is missing before money in "any amount of money"... easy come easy go  good luck with your bonuses all!

Prime Casino Introduction

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to introduce myself and was hoping to do so under better conditions. First, I want to apologize for the confusion with the bonus wagering requirements. It was my idea to reduce the wagering requirements to 20x in order to be a bit more competetive. I asked for this to be implemented but unfortunately, we updated the website too early because Microgaming told us they can't do this.

They can change the requirements to 20x but then this affects all games which would sink our Casino. (Some games have different requirements such as BJ for example.) I've only discovered today that they hadn't modified the wagering requirements in the system and that we'd been falsely advertising the B+20x.

Let me clarify now that if any of you were mislead into thinking it's B+20x, I will honour that until the end of the this month. Again, you have my sincerest apologies regarding this issue and we've updated the website to reflect the reality of the situation. Please don't hesitate to PM me if there's anything you'd like to suggest or if there's anything I can do to assist.

BR,

Josh.

Does anybody know if the wagering requirements have to be fulfilled before requesting a cash in?or on the other hand is possible to cash out anytime (losing the remaining bonus, off course)?
