Just got this email out the blue

I have not self excluded or ever have from ANY gambling site when I try logging it it told me the same I can not contact them as no phone number and live chat only for accounts what do I do!!??

Same thing happened to my brother a few years back , he had excluded from Poker Stars and about a year later Skybet applied an exclusion on his account.
Are you sure there isn’t an old account somewhere that was excluded?
If not you should do a SAR and find out what info is on your account linked to the exclusion.

I speake to tombola right now on the phone they said it was Gamstop whos done this??? Ive never used gamstop ever is it possible they got the wrong person or someone pretended to be im so confused

Subject Access Request. You should be able to get a template off the internet and they have 30 days to respond with the information you requested.
You should be asking for all information related to the self exclusion , when it was requested/applied, who requested/applied it, reason given when applying it , all interactions with chat regarding the SE and all interactions with site regarding SE.
If you ask for that they will tell you if there’s anything else you need to do.

Update Tombola said they have passed this on to there Responble gaming team to look in to more detail as she can only see so much and I should hear back within 5 days
Ive rang Gamestop and uploaded my docs via email to them they said within few days they will send me back all the info they have on me if any, Im talking to betfair safe exclusion team right now to see if they can give me any more information

Update 2: After talking to both Betfair and Pokestars its clear that TOMBOLA was the site that the SE was requested on. So Im just gonna have to wait for nest 5 days or so from there team to see that the hell is going on.
