the question is that i want to ask him why they cant except a fax of my drivers licence ,copy of my property tax ,copy of my american express .
both sides of the card and the license , i faxed it because i cant get email through to them they acnowledge getting it and asked me for a more up to dat utility bill well we only pay tax quartly here
and my credit card is a clear see through type plus i deposited my last play money with ewalletxpress and i want to exit to ewalletxpress


the credit card i used at a way earlier time when i tried the site out after seeing the miesters good report i went back and deposited 45.00 now i want to with draw 70.00
but im stuck in limbo i got to tell you the reason im with drawing 70.00
is/was to see if transactions go smooth there

PS IF THE REP COMES BUY AND WANTS TO HELP ME my player name there is ROCKYCATT
and he is welcome to call my phone number he has it

go online to your electric or water company highlight the page an copy an paste it to a email no attachment an the email should go thru
asking for the CC is standard if you didnt use 1 it should be ok not to send it

im not new to the procedger i cashed today at cherry red , yesterday at platinum play , numerous times at three dice , golden casino through solid debit card, [with all due respect your friend rocky]

but ive been stone walled by them ive sent them every thing every one else wants even bingo hall ,fortune lounge ] ,they know i cant email them i dont know why ,they run a 24/7x52 weeks business they request the telaphone number , others have called me and i thanked them for being on the dime [bit of a rant ,not what i want ] im in the porocess of trying to up load there cashier page i have a screen shot it tells a lot [ just bisness

For example the the name and number on the credit card are not clear enough for us to determine if it is in fact the card you used to fund your account.

I realise that going through the account validation process can be a pain and I do appreciate your patience. Once the cashiers have signed off on your account though you will be able to withdraw funds from the casino without any further delays.

that is the sad part about when you have to email a casino they do not READ what you send an they respond with a standard email

SAD we Fund with Quicktender or Ewallet an they want a copy of a credit card we never used

the casino's make no sense sometimes at all

I believe that Rocky made a deposit at one time or another using a credit card, if I am reading this correctly. If so, the casino would ask for a copy of the credit card, I believe. Every casino that I have played has required a copy of the credit card if I EVER had deposited using a credit card.

im going to pm you and try to get your email adress so i can send a email attach ment to you of a picture of the credit card from my PC

the card is transparent its a american express card , by the way i dident use thst card to deposite the play money that generated this cash

then im going to try to post a picture here on the forum of it with the particular info blocked [for security reasons ]

If it's your ISP's fault for your messages not getting through, then why not get together with clubworld and see if they'll allow you to open a GMAIL account to send your docs from?

im old schol i dont know how ,how ever ill try to post the back of the cc card
cant figure why the site only lets some of my pics and rejexts others like for instance the pic of the front of the card is sitting next to the back of it on photo bucket
ill fax the card again if i dont here from jason i pm'd him but no replie

Place the card on a dark background and zoom in with a digital camera and send the darn things via yahoo or gmail. Bow up son and get 'er done!

im going to send another fax because they do get my fax's , i real apreaciate everones concern , t:):)
 
i just copied it with a black back ground and

it looks way more obscured because the printing on the carg is black

so im sitting on a raft if you wanted a shure bet it is that im

a honest hard working home remodeler RETIRED and in the group of people that can be most trusted

right now a bit frusted ill send another copy of the credit card
as it was sent to me by american express ,and a different utility bill

I was having the same problems back a couple of months ago with Aladdin's Palace when I was sending my documents into them and they kept telling me that they never received them. So I then sent the documents to ClubWorld to forward onto Aladdin's but still they never received them so it was not a problem on my end but a problem on Aladdins and ClubWorlds end since everyone else both domestic and international were in fact receiving all of my emails.

yes im like that i just now called cherry drd to tell them im not geting there diret email althogh i get there payment processers , one thing good about cherry red they always pick up the phone and it doesent cost me any thin to call lower 48 states and canada :D wife works for the phone company

Are you inadvertently avoiding the suggestions given to you to open up a FREE gmail e-mail account to send your documents in, or is there a reason? :confused:
 
Go to a variety stores that has both a copier and a fax service. It costs like 2 or 3 bucks total. like was mentioned put a blank sheet down or a piece of card board.

im not familure with how tio open them up , last time i had two mail clients
it was outlook express?? i think it was confusing either me or my pc

i made new copies with a water bill and a electric bill plus i got a info mail
addressed to me from american xpress so im sending that ,at my wifes place of work they must have a higher quality fax than my daughter
sence there a megga company so tommoeow she will fax them what they say they want

GMAIL is free, and WEB BASED. There's nothing you have to do but open an account, and send/receive email via their WEB INTERFACE. There's nothing you have to setup on your computer or anything.

The quality of the fax machine has little, if anything, to do with it. What's to say that the receiver doesn't have a low quality fax machine? IMO, you're just treading water with the faxes, and should at least look into a free web-based email option such as gmail. gmail is very simple to use, and only takes a couple of minutes to create a new account.

99% of all casino players send their documents in via email, and never fax a thing.

What's there to be scared of about creating a web based email account? Familar or not, anyone with basic (or less) computer skills can do this. All you have to do is answer a few questions. Name, email address name that you want (can be anything that's available), etc. If you can follow instructions, it's very simple. All of the information needed to sign up is explained pretty good......and again, nothing is changed on your computer, and you don't have to give out any personal information in regards to address, phone number, etc.

Seriously, what do you have against even trying to open a free email account? I guess if you want to be stubborn, you're going to be the one waiting extra time to get the money. We're just here trying to give you suggestions for how to speed it up.

I really don't think I was over the top and not trying to flame anybody. It's just that everybody here is giving you excellent advice and suggestions, and you're not willing to even try most all of them. You insist on sending them via fax, and I seriously doubt that they are going to get to CW's side in good enough shape for them to make anything out.

my wife just calld me and said she sent the fax along with a water bill and a electric bill and a corrospondanc adressed to me from american express

and additional copies of the credit card and drivers license
 
club world dosent pay

i just go off the phone with club world and another big merry go round
after them admiting recieving documents

so im finished with them they dont pay [70.00 us dollars ]

i called my credit card company and reported my card lost

they can keep the money they seem to need it way more tha i do

be advised if your from the united states

thats all ill not respond to this thread again

I know you said you wouldn't respond to this thread, but, man, you have just screwed up. Are you saying you reported your card stolen and will issue a chargeback on deposit to Club World? That is a big no-no and will cause you no end of problems.

All you had to do was open an email account and send your docs by email. I do it all the time. Keep the docs on file and just send them off when asked for.

From my end, this problem has nothing to do with Club World not paying you, it is with you not making the effort to get paid. Don't bash a casino because you didn't do your part.
 
I don't get it from all these post, if they finally received the docs why they would not pay??

From my experience, Club World (and InetBet) are golden regarding cashouts. I think my last withdrawal from CW several months ago was processed in about 12 hours. I am really surprised you are having this problem. Once this glitch is fixed, I suspect everything will be smooth for you.

I think there's more to this story than meets the eye. Any other person would be more than willing to try anything to make sure they got their money, even if it meant learning something new....even if it was something as easy as answering a few questions to open a free email account so they could send their docs in. Why jump through hoops so they could be sent via fax?

with a angels help i have been paid in full ,iwant to thank club world for understanding my sitcuation and also i want to retract anthing negative i may have said about club world
