Cake poker

Have you got any problems with Cake poker???

I tryed withdraw 400$ from cake poker a week ago (18/10/2007) but I haven't seen any money yet (25/10/2007).

They sent this email (24/10/2007): (at first I sent email where i asked about that why it takes so long pay my widhrawal)

"Thank you for your email. Our apologies for the delay in this issue please
be assured our Cashier team is addressing this issue and should be in touch
shortly. Thanks again for your patience in this matter."

Support not seems very active. I sent email 2 days ago and I havent got any answer why I have not got my money.

Terrible customer service and what is terrible is that they haven't paid yet those money to my neteller account.
Havent seen this happen any other site.

I joined their site through of pokersavvy.

Yesterday (26/10/2007) I sent email again to Cake poker support and then they said that they willl send money back to my Cake poker account. I got money and then I withdrew again. Today (27/10/2007) I got my money to my neteller account.

I m not very happy about that they not take any contact to me in a week when they haven't paid my withdrawal but anyway I got my money.

Cake poker is OK

HI Ice,

I have been playing a Cake for over two years and have never had a problem with them. While I have never made a deposit there, I have won cash in several freerolls and accumulated some cash in my account. My first withdrawal took a bit more time than I expected, about three weeks, since then it has been quick and hassle free.

There are a couple of software issues, like repeating blinds and bad seating on moves, but they work out in the long run. The ease of winning cash in the weekly freerolls outweighs the occasional snafu.

It is also kind of a fun site, some good players there.

Sorry, maybe I was a little off.

Time sure flies when you are having fun!

I thought it was around two years, when you get old I guess dates tend to blur a bit, lol.

Just checked it and I got my first payout from Cake in July of 2006, so I presume I joined before that. So let's make it 18 months, then.

I was around for Cake startup and the "Piece of the Cake" startup promotion.

One of the things I like to do is to find the newer rooms and join them at the start, when the cash is flowing, especially the freeroll promotions. I have been burned a few times, like with Tropical, but overall it works. As the rooms get larger with more players, I tend to cut back on the play.

Cake has bumped their Saturday Freeroll to $500, so I have been back lately to try my luck when I am free on a Saturday afternoon.

I played at cake from the start. A lot of problems with the software in the past. But it's getting better and better I think. I love the goldchipsies and cards.
I withdraw 2 times. (300 and above) and both no problem! Both in 2 days as I can remember.

gr. mellow

Not had a single issue with withdrawals, CS also good, but my god the software is going backwards. Awful lack at almost any time of day, and from only a small increase in players, it is now almost unplayable.

lol. at least you can withdrawl. used to play there but cant withdrawl. they offer netteller, moneybookers, and epassport. no, no, and no. they do offer a check. 500 minimum. no thanx.

They do offer Neteller. I presume you're eAmerican?

correct. when online gaming resumes with some sort of gameplan, here in the states, i still will only play at places that offer a check. i dont think it is wise to be giving out bank info to these fly by night e wallet companies. they are poppin up all over. who the hell knows where your bank info winds up. i do not even take markers anymore in vegas for the same reason. if a casino wants my money then they'll have to get it from me in the casino. they dont let me in their cash room so they should not be going into my bank.

I like Cake

I like Cake....both the stuff you eat and the poker room.
I have been playing there for the last 4 months and can only complain about the lag that happens some times.
No probs. with deposits and withdrawals

I had no problem making a withdrawal from Cake and I got my money quickly. However, that was in the days of ePassporte which is no longer an option.

Did you send your documents? You might have to do that...
I play at cakepoker with a 33% rakeback deal and they do not deduct the bonus from the rakeback deal anymore, they also do not deduct comps, they have the best comps system in my opinion :) Major +EV situation

Ive played at cake a fair bit,ive had the same software issues that have been posted, lag ect, but always been paid in a timely manner, 24-48 hours ish

oops just noticed the start date of the post,,, time for more coffee :what:

Cake poker

i play at cake less often than i used to.its not their customer service or their software that turned me off about them its,in my experiences at the tables ive played at,the collusion and chip dumping that goes on between the russian players.now i know that this happens with people from every country but either these guys really dont care or they are to stupid to realize how what their doing is so obvious.ive just tried to find ways to use their tactics against them.
