Well I made a deposit at one of the Caddell group "Play Grand Casino"

got to a withdraw, then usual document request. Still waiting almost 48 hours later and withdraw still pending.
When I contact support they tell me min 48 working hours pending on withdraw, and on documents

Any one had recent experience with this lot ?

They, to be polite are VERY erratic

Average pay time for withdrawals from experience is around the 30 hour mark (it then shows 'accepted' in your history under 'account' tab)

Casimba seem to be a lot faster (when I say faster, under 24h)

I recently had one at G' Day which took 5 days!!!! (Finally, eventually found out that my account had been selected for a random audit which caused this 'one off' excessive delay, chose to believe agent to cut an already very lengthy chat session)

Handful which have been around the 50-55 hours so just over their advertised 48h. ( I feel this will be the case with yours here)

FTR, they've never requested doc's either, I just sent em myself but not for all and still w/d's were processed.

Best advice I can give here also Deeplay is don't bother with their support, reading between the lines they are trained to tell you NOTHING and read from their scripted replies and refer over and gain to their terms.

Summary: Trustworthy but patience required, also don't win too much ;)
 
They are trustworthy but their policy isnt to please customers. Its to do things at their own pace in a somewhat reasonable time and there is no way around it. You play at caddell, you must accept this is how they operate or you wont be a happy camper with them ever.
 
cheers for the info - I did speak to support and as said here. Stock replies. Seems like the day I sent the documents does not count with the 48 hour rule to verify ... and have another 24 hours to wait. Then some for the withdraw. ;-)

Slow pay is better than no pay ... but lets see.:thumbsup:

I too also made my first deposit with playgrandcasino and won 1700 from a 30 deposit after wagering. They refused to verify my i.d through one of the many other cadell sites i am verified at. And instead harassed me for passport i.d for over a week even though i told them it had expired. They finally settled on my birth certificate as a from of i.d, But only as a one off as a gesture of goodwill. So i did receive the money but nearly 2 weeks of going back and forth via email and live chat. Made me less likely to take one of these deposit bonuses up again anytime in the near future. There wagering on certain games etc is all over the place. If they didn't have BTG slots i wouldn't of signed up to be honest.
 
Well now they have put a temporary hold on my account until it is verified ... and they asked again for my documents even though
they had confirmed with me Monday they were received and being reviewed. With draw still pending documents still not reviewed (if they can find them ) as
I head into day 3 on this all for a withdraw of under £700.

Live support useless reading from scripts, took forever.

Any one promoting this bunch of garbage sites think again. I am starting to smell bullshit here

Soon as im paid Im closing down all my accounts with Caddell / White Hat gaming

avoid them they are crap!
 
I feel your pain bud. They messed me around saying my passport that was out of date was fine as i.d. Then saying no it would have to be in date. Just messing me around in the hopes i would reverse. I would be very careful playing here with a bonus :(

Yeah I hear you. Pathetic all the dicking around in the hope I reverse. Which I wont. I would hate to win big with this group. Thank god no bonus for this winning deposit. With or with out a bonus this is a group of casinos that need to be approached with caution... If at all.
 
Ive had terrible experience with ONE casino from this group a while ago

Waited five days for an email, then waited over 45 minutes on live chat to find out if they had received my email.

Utter joke, I avoid every matrix and caddell casinos like the plague

Weird. I personally like the Caddell sites, never ever had a w/d take more than 48 hours, even my first one for 1800 when I hit the 5-scatters on DoA at G'day. The only issue I had is that they are a bit incommunicative. When I made my first ever w/d I submitted docs without being asked, and was paid 46 hours later, no acknowledgement. I have played at all of them and w/d at about half, always the same, I submit docs without being asked, hear nothing, check back 2 days later and it's processed. Every time. As Jono said some of them now pay in 24 hours.
 
I have nothing but praise for 21casino. :)

I have had some damn fine wins there, and the money is in my bank within a day or two/three, and considering the vagaries of the UK banking system, that is perfectly acceptable.

Strictly speaking, they are White Hat Gaming, but a part of Caddell, I believe.

I don't recall having had any problems identifying myself, compared to some of the other sites out there.

Well I dont normally go for bonuses but me being a NOB ... I decided to try some bonus play .... never again!

I didnt even get far on the bonus and ended up making straight deposits when the win came. A few accounts still closed until early in the new year though
but im not going mad with my vice ... so thats good ;-) is it ? :eek2::eek2::D:confused::p

Well im into day 3 ... and still nothing. Sent my passport, (front and back ) ... council tax bill, copy of debit cards ...

same as i do or all casinos. They have dropped the ball on this one though for sure right now. Cant even access my account to check status of my withdraw

and support in the end after going back to them a 3rd time and waiting 25 minutes I gave up. So lets see what tomorrow brings. but im not holding my breath right now.
 
Well saga continues with the bullshit from Playgrand Casino.

My account finally verfied but they cant give a time frame on when I will be likely to get my money -
last response to me when I asked a simple of question "when will the money be paid" they sent the below :

"As soon as we have received feedback, you will be notified via email. We follow up on your withdrawal request as well. "

Now they have stopped answering my emails, and Live support gave what was the best answer of the year for me

"Sorry I dont know"

at least she was being honest :cool:

Anyway based on my experience so far this week play here at your own risk. Soon as I have my money (if they pay) this terrible group wont see another penny from me.
 
Them banning me probably saved me a lot of grief.

I had the same issues with verification at Fruity Casa - I was told that my passport Date of Birth didn't match what i'd put in, It did. Cue a 10 minute chat session with me saying 'what DOB is on the system' and them proceeding to tell me xx/xx/xxxx. It was the same as the passport i scanned in but they continued to say it was different.

The only thing they had going for them was they tended to send a lot of spins/offers at the time. Other than that, withdrawals were average etc.

Ok sorry to keep going on but think people should know this. Documents approved now. But no withdraw - I requested the withdraw Monday 4th December

waited until today for docs approved. Then chased up the withdraw was told it will now enter a new 48 hour pending period ... I replied saying it has already been 3 days and then i get the below reply from the CS

So be warned this casino is doing everything it can now NOT to pay in the hope I reverse. It is utter BS that now I have to go another
48 hours - plus 1 further business day before they will process. When I told them its back to skrill the live support said this can take
an extra 5 days.


Avoid these casinos under Caddell at all costs unless you like waiting for payment and being fobbed of at every stage. !!

pending periods from when documents are approved. And then it will go a further 24 hours review -then I could not believe what she said
the pending period is a "COOLING OFF PERIOD" which we know is "if you want to reverse" told her i dont need any cool off period
just want to be paid. Disgusting behavior from a casino.

Then after the further 24 hours "game play review" when authorized will be processed to my skrill but to allow a further 5 working days for this. And for all future withdraws (not that i will ever play here again )

Just lock the account down for a week, with the time-out facility, and forget about it. I find it's best to let them do their thing, if it takes a week, so be it. Rather than letting it eat you up inside.

Appreciate the idea and would usually work with most places.

However given their "extreme" policies and excessively needless over protective rules (for themselves) I'd tread very carefully before doing this, can of worms scenario for sure if ever I saw one.

Well I got paid in the end - 6 days to get my money. My own personal opinion is never again.

Account closed I wont be going back. And to get paid had to go through many loops and many emails.

That's not good at all, but again I'm surprised. Ironically from now on you'd get paid in <48 hours, you've done the hard work, but I don't blame you for not playing there again because you're well miffed, as I'd have been. :(
