Buzzluck ???

Well just for the heck of it. After reading some of the posts around here. I decided to try to reinstall Casino Cubed. It does seem as if my comp points have been transferred to buzz luck. Yet a lot of my RTG says casion cubed still. Tried contacting support to no available so far. So am I now an official member of buzzluck? Just wondering.

Well if you click on the live chat inside the old casino cubed software. This is what I got.

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Debbie'
Debbie: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: Hey Debbie, I just had a few questions for you
Debbie: Ok
you: 1) Is my account now a buzzluck account or casino cubed account... seeing that the lobby says one thing but the rest of the software still says casino cubed.
Debbie: were not related to Casino Cubed or Buzzluzk
Debbie: all we know is that all the Casino Cubed accounts were migrated to Buzzluck
you: oh? I just clicked on live chat and this is where it took me
Debbie: its better if you contact them for information
Debbie: really
you: are you debbie from titan?
Debbie: weird
Debbie: no
you: oh
Debbie: what page are you?
you: well apparently the software glitched then
you: I'm inside the casino software as we speak, and if you click on the live chat button this is where it takes me.
Debbie: thats for what casino?
you: inside the old casino cubed software
Debbie: I mean which one?
Debbie: Ill make a report to our Tech guys
Debbie: cause that shouldnt be
you: well I was thinking I was talking to buzzluck support honestly
you: since the main page inside the casino says buzzluck
you: lol
you: I now feel silly
Debbie: Im so sorry
Debbie: not sure whats going on
you: well thank you... sorry to have caused you this confusion. Just was trying to find out what was going on with the transition and apparently contacted the wrong people. lol

So then I go into the main software page for live chat and still get told the hosts are off playing craps still. So I'm not sure what to think here. I tried contacting them at 7:00 GMT and again at 17:00 GMT and still no luck.

Buzzluck is ignoring emails from me concerning affiliate payments.

How late are your payments Redbush? And how long have you been trying to contact them for?

Don't wanna jump to any conclusions at all...but that doesn't instill alot of confidence...nor does Cheetahwind's post above yours.

Have you tried PM'ing ANY of the Buzzluck reps listed here on the forum? Not sure if they have an affy rep or not...but it might be worth taking a look. They are accredited here, and should respond to any PM's.

I did try PMing a rep here a day or two ago. I'm going to give them time to respond to e-mail and PM before I jump to any conclusion. Alexbuzz has been active in the last few days. So I know there still around. Just a matter of what the final outcome of my e-mails are.

Has anyone alerted Bryan (Casinomeister) to this troubling situation regarding an accredited casino?

Not me Rob....I've been bugging him about something else. :D

Your turn.

lol he did reply... but ummm didn't give any clarification on why I was directed to the wrong support. Oh well he's alive at least.

Appreciate the patience.. and the concerns. News IS pending, still, but what was supposed to be a slam-dunk deal has dragged on interminably... and anything beyond barebones had to be suspended since we've been in negotiations. Affiliates HAVE been getting paid as scheduled (Feb payments go out next week) but communication has been notoriously, unaccepatbly and uncharacteristally poor. Mea culpa.

And MissReva67 is not a shill though; I was at the helm of the casino the other night and she writes these really long missives about playing and not winning and she was in playing and one thing led to another and she had a VERY exciting night at Buzzluck. As did I. Hell of a hangover the next morning though, but a real Buzzluck experience... her withdrawal was processed that morning.

Always best to PM me here if other channels aren't working for whatever reason... or post and someone will nudge me awake ;-)

Back soon!
Alex

It must be a difficult situation...if anyone knows the value of good and ongoing communication, it's Alex!

Look forward to hearing more as this commercial arrangement unfolds.

I did send a pm to Alex and he did reply with a email addy for me to send to regarding the situation. Now I'll wait and see how long it takes for a reply from there. Once Fredrick left all communication stopped until the pm yesterday which was answered the same day. I didn't even know about Alex until I read this thread yesterday.

Alex confirmed over at OCR, that Buzzluck is no more. From his post, it appears that the name/website has been sold to new owners, but not the database. Not sure how that works...but for anyone who is owed money, or has money in their accounts, get your requests in by March 27th.

Alex can you explain this a bit more posted by you over at gpwa.
selling player list to affiliates ????

If I'm wrong about this (and I'm not) and you want to buy Buzzluck's enormous non-US player list DO ping me here and I'll proportionally share the proceeds of the list sale with the affiliates.

So am i right in thinking that my personal info i signed up to buzzluck with is for sale to the highest bidder ?

Reminds me of XXL's, Hype's, and some Hippo Jo's posts. Why are these clowns being so evasive?? Oh I dunno:rolleyes::rolleyes:...........Transparency, well eff that. This industry has become a conniving joke!!
Donnie Downer strikes again:lolup::D:lolup:

I must be dumb as a rock. What good is selling a tarnished casino? The name is not exactly stellar at this point, and if the player base isn't included, I don't see how they could ever make it. Unless they already bought their player base from elsewhere.

Crap! I hate being confused!

If that's true Zebedy...it's disgraceful. I take it that Alex lost quite a bit of money in his Buzzluck venture...seeing as how he posted it had been an expensive lesson. But that's no excuse to try and recoup his losses by selling player details (and who knows just WHAT details are involved) to affiliates.

They're closing anyway...but IMO, that's just cause for a trip to the dark side aka the rogue list.

Donnie Downer? Ha ha....I love it.

No, sorry, that was supposed to be a sarcastic bit of humor at the end of a long day in reply to an affiliate that was acting... well let's just say silly.

Your details from Buzzluck are not for sale.

I had anticipated a deal where Buzzluck would get its necessary cash injection to live and would live on in Europe and open in the US. That deal fell through, although it occasionally gurgles like it has some life in it....

Something positive may yet happen to the Buzzluck brand, which has suffered a tad over this period of negotiation. I certainly hope so as some positive ROI would be most welcome.

But I can't afford to keep the casino as operated by me open any longer; hence the attempt at an orderly and clean closure--notifying hosting, affiliates, players etc.

I would have announced it here first, at our best and favourite affiliate and best source of legitimate players, but CM was down as you know.

Alex

BTW Buying player lists and player bases has very little value these days guys. Who responds to spam (other than spam-hunters)? No players of value. Those days are over... places like this thankfully help bring them to an end. Good players look for brands with good reputations, which is why I'm working to keep Buzzluck's, and my, reputation as clean as possible.

Well, that's good news Alex. Thanks for clarifying.

Sorry to see Buzzluck or rather Alex waving goodbye but on a positive note they have always paid their players. I did not see any complaints lately although they had taken a low profile in recent months. I believe that Alex will pay all players the balance in their accounts and hopefully affiliates as well.

It is always despairing to see a good casino go due to financial problems but at least this one tried to honour all its commitments. I give it a big:thumbsup:

Oh I won't be gone for long, mate. Learned a lot from the experience and will soon be unleashing at least a better-then-Buzzluck-personal-service treatment very soon.

I believed (and still suspect if it had enough cash behind it) that stuff like the 3d lobby and live lounge WILL work to bring in more square players. Experienced players like yourselves would take or leave those aspects and focused (fair enough) on service and payouts and (a bit) on the games themselves rather than the brand wrapper.

So when I come along with a deep-pocketed partner and a simple RTG download and reasonable (for the market) speed payouts and EXCELLENT personal service, hope you'll come on board. Probably North American only to start.... sorry about that.

Thanks for the kind words though.

Alex, I still believe that you guys would be going strong and financially sound if you had not held off on allowing players from the USA to sign-up.

Why did you guys ever make that decision in the first place mate? I mean, really...we all know that the US Market is the best one there is...so why, what was the point?

You may well be right but two things held us back:

1. reliable payment processing partners--they're out there but we don't know them (well enough, yet) and if you go with the wrong guys it's nightmarish...

2. some of our investors were very worried about taking US play--especially if longer term we wanted to sell the company/brand, US players would seriously decrease the number of potential buyers.

But the BEST parts of the Buzzluck experience will certainly be rolled into my next casino...

That's good news then Alex, you definitely had a great concept there, something that was very unique to this industry. You can be proud of that fact, and you were one of the pioneers in making that realization become implemented.

I wish you luck in your future business ventures. :)

All of which goes to show that there can be a fine line between being cynical and jumping to conclusions <grin>

Sorry to hear that your innovative operational approach with Buzzluck - I was a fan and was both pleased and admiring to see such a dynamic and interesting start - failed, Alex.

Here's hoping your next venture will bring you the success that your innovative thinking deserves.
