Hi everyone,

about an hour ago I got a very nice promotional Email from Buzzluck, saying, that there was a special 20$ freechip for me. Obviously I took that free chance.
I didnt expect much since it is RTG and I was right. My money lasted somethign about 5 minutes... :)
Now, I ask myself why do they call themselfes a "Super-Casino"? There is nothing special about it... just another RTG...
I would like to give them a try maybe deposit a little bit more, but I have the feeling that my money will be gone too faaast, just like the 20$.

On the other Hand I really have to give props for them, that they just Email such good offers. But the risk of somebody actually withdrawing is probably not too high ;)

Anybody has good experience with them? They seem to be pretty new, but already accredited?

Why a "supercasino"?

A key differentiator for Buzzluck is it's LIVE online entertainment. Agree plenty of people offer pretty commodity casino games (based on their chosen software platform); just like table after table and slots machine after slots machine on the Strip in Vegas, boardwalk in AC. Live Entertainment for players OFF of the tables is what makes it a supercasino (by loose UK casino definition--very vernacular--PM me if you want to discuss this aspect); no other onlne casino else has anything close, hence "suprcasino."

Buzzluck aims to be more entertaining (3d lobby, Live lounge, live DJ...), provide a better, more personal, more flexible service for our customers and be more transparent, more available, and more in-touch (hence our prescence here) than other casinos regardless of platform. The gang here willcertainly let you know how we've succeeded on those measures.

The only thing that keeps me from depositing is this double WR on Neteller deposits...
Never seen that before, most casinos promote the use of Neteller.

Actually quite a few casinos have this bizarre Neteller punishment.
Casino on Net (888.com) make the WR 2.5 times more for Neteller deposits I believe...

I agree it is totally absurd, and hopefully someone from BuzzLuck will explain why they have this unfair policy.

To be honest with you, I got to say I was very impressed with the service I got from buzzluck. Got lucky very early on, picked up a royal flush on the VP, nearly wet myself with excitement!

The money was in my moneybookers account within 24 hours. The only minor gripe I have is that they use moneybookers to process UK debit cards, and my earlier win means it sucked up most of my transaction limit through moneybookers for the 60 days.

Hey KK and De Beuker,

There is a VERY disproportionate amount of fraud and bonus abuse that comes through Neteller, which is why we and many other large casinos out there have this particular rule in there. It sucks, but it's the reality that we have to deal with on a daily basis.

HOWEVER, we do recognize that not all Neteller depositors are out to abuse offers, which is why the following sentence in the Ts and Cs states that we're willing to waive this requirement for certain accounts. All you have to do is contact us, and we'll see if we can work it out. As many CM players already know, we're easy to work with and very fair.

And RHUNLEED, that should NOT be the case. PM me and let's get this sorted for you.

Did I get that right - there is a WR on bonus free Neteller deposits???

This would be a reason to close my account immadiatly.

Or is it meant, if one has deposited with Neteller, one has the double WR on bonuses? Still absolutely unfair.

See SteveBuzz's comment above. Known CM players who want to use Neteller should contact us to have the requirement waived.... No bonus, no WR.

I Pmed the rep and got it removed, no problem at all. I also sent in my docs who were approved within hours. Made e deposit of 40Euros last night, got 100% bonus, cashed out 300 euros after hours of play...
had a great time so thanx to Buzzluck...
Now i am just wondering what is standard time for cashing out to neteller?

Hey Marie,

Your withdrawal was processed earlier today, I had emailed you to let you know :D Congrats again!!!

I hope Im not going to regret this, but Ill bet my left nut that BuzzLuck is still around in 10 years.

At every step, these guys have done it right and they actually LISTEN to what players.....their CUSTOMERS....want and think.

The games Ive found to be looser and the customer service puts other casinos to shame.

About the only gripe Ive had is that I cant deposit in USD, but I often get little chips here and there and nice bonuses so that makes up for it IMO.

As far as how long your money lasts, its about risk vs reward vs entertainment. If you want to play a long time, make a reasonable deposit and bet low - many of the games are streaky and you just have to adjust your play accordingly. If you feel that the game is dead, move on - dont get stuck on one game...in my experience its a bad idea.

All I know is that you WILL be paid fast if you win, you WILL be taken care of if you have any queries, and you WILL be made to feel like a valued customer....and that kind of treatment is, sadly, hard to find these days.

I agree with you 100%. All issues I had were taken care off within minutes and payments came in within 24 hrs.

Iam glad there are a lot of players who are possitive about this accredited casino. But i dont ever win anything on it, so my experiences arent particulary good on BL. I gues its just me being unlucky. No need for me to give it another try there.

After a few lost deposits i made my first withdrawal on Thursday. Not a large amount by any means, 70 euros.
Straight after i emailed my host and asked what docs they needed and then sent them in promptly.

About 20hours later i contacted again just to get an update on my docs and to see if maybe there was any chance i would get paid today (Friday) and was told that the accounts dep were not in the office so i asked, do they not work Fridays and was then told there was a backlog of withdrawals and my host would chase it up first thing Monday.

I then asked what the usual time frame was for neteller withdrawals and was told that 'We try to get them processed as soon as possible, so you'll have the funds within 1-2 days' :eek2:

I was expecting maybe a slight delay for my first withdrawal but nothing major as i have read a few CM members on here say that they got there ID approved and then paid pretty fast...

But 1-2 days is the norm for subsequent neteller withdrawals...i had no idea that this is what people meant when they said they pay fast.

I only ever play at casinos that pay me in under 24hours to my neteller account. For the exact reason of what i have just gone and done...reversed my withdrawal:rolleyes: Maybe i will get lucky but odds are i wont. G help me if it was a larger withdrawal just sitting there over the weekend lol Self control is not my strong point hence me only playing at casinos that pay in under 24hours :p

I'm not that bothered about this delay, as problems can happen and delays are expected anyway on first withdrawals, but i am thinking twice about playing here again if what i was told is correct about the "normal" withdrawal time for neteller.

Any of you had a few withdrawals to neteller with buzzluck so i can kind of get an idea if 1-2 days is just the max time frame or if indeed that is the normal speed.

Info would be appreciated as i do like this casino and the ways you can contact support are outstanding so it would be a shame to delete them.

Hey Rustyroo,

I'm afraid when you contacted us it was already 9pm and accounts have gone home the day! We try to get all withdrawals processed as soon as possible, while most of the time they are processed on the same day they are requested they may take a little longer, longer meaning like a day which is why I quoted such time frame.

We do try and get the money to you guys asap in most cases, as this is your first withdrawal it would be the only time we process documentation but I assure you guys we do try and be as quick as quick can be :D

I've been playing there since the day it opened and have never had any problems at all. I'd suggest pming one of the reps and they'll get everything sorted out for you pretty quickly i'm sure of it.

I posted links to my post on their visitor board...but if that's the treatment I get from the Live Chat operator, then I don't expect much better from the rep.

Hey Roanan,

There is no argument here that the rep should of handled things a little better which we will be working on, however the decision they took was in fact correct.

All players are allowed to open one account with us at buzzluck which you had created a month ago. I noticed that you had claimed a free chip back then too ;)

Computers don't always work the way we want them too and multiple accounts have been created within minutes from eachother by mistake. When that happens we are able to help sort that out for the player!

I'm afraid that creating two identical accounts a month apart to claim two free chips was in fact a violation of our Terms and Conditions which is why the rep had no choice but to close your account.

As regards the server error, if anyone else has these issues please let me know so that we'll investigate it further ;)

@ ronan

i guess theres kind of a tech issue on your side.

i can assure you buzzlucks customer service will always help you out to find a solution ;)

no need to get angry:p, if theres everything ok iam sure they will fix your account issue, i also have/had technical issues on rtg once but thats 99% on players side and you shouldnt blame the casino for it.
the answer you got on livechat is quite normal if a cs agent finds a duplicate account.

ps: buzzluck is a supercasino, youll see yourself, hopefully:cool:

cheers

You're right Coxwel - Buzzluck are fantastic!

In this case, the OP already opened an account a month before and claimed a free chip.....so it was the player fault here (and possibly an attempt at fraud)

...then Buzzluck MUST have another skin, because I had never heard of them before I joined Casinomeister. The software was only downloaded recently.

If wires have been crossed, I apologize.

I certainly had no intention of committing fraud, and the only sites that I have ever operated multiple accounts on are rogue casinos (see my 'source of much of your spam' post) knowing full well that they were crooked anyway. Thanks to CM, I now know that there are a few legit ones out there (iNetBet, Extreme, etc.) and have already given iNetBet some of my business.
