So i spoke with one of the Casino Reps from the link online here, (Karoline) to be exact.

She fixed the payment processing of my payouts and waived the cashout fees since they were supposed to be free if they would have done it by the option i requested and all amounts are now deposited. Kudos to CWC for taking responsibility and fixing the issues so that players can continue playing and enjoying themselves. And it appears that their processing issues are now resolved.
 
That is nice to hear. Now, if we can keep hearing these kinds of things about them for MORE than a week or so........ it seems we hear something like this and in no time, it is back to the problems as before.

I am still hesitant to deposit due to this see-saw.
