I've never used PayMyCard but I would suspect that it's not CW but the ability for CW to get a refund past your credit card without the card provider getting nosy. What would you be prepared to tell your card company if and when they call you asking why your getting such a large refund and where did it come from?

What might have worked for US withdrawal yesterday might not work today.
