Hi, I have got 2 problems at this casino.
First, I registered and deposited with neteller
As I had insuficient funds in my account, i asked my son Alejandro to deposit in my Buckandbutler account with his neteller account.
People from casino accepted my deposit, I played and won, they asked me to send my docs to withdraw.
They then said that eventhough was my son´s account, it was forbiden and they confiscated my 3640 euros winnings
What can I do?
After that, I used my own neteller account to deposit and withdraw and it worked. But, now, I am blocked since november 10th and do knw why
Any help is welcome
