I thought this too.

400 is an aweful of to a small player like me. (Perhaps not compared to a big game producer lifestyle lol).
May of us would be just as happy with say 100. Meaning that 4x as many people walk away winners x

I know that if I were to be lucky enough to win 400 I would certainly want to share the luck here on the forum x
 
christ everyone is so much in a hurry - EVERY contest we've pretty much had here in the forum, the expectation is to wait 72 hours
the screenshots have to verified throught several casnos, I'd stress it if it's been several days then perhaps give the rep a nudge

The Screenshots cant be verified without getting informations from the Players (which casino/date etc)

then perhaps when the rep has time to go through the thread and determine the winners, he will reach out for usernames if they cant be verified from the photo showing the casino and timestamp
seriously, the 72 hour thing is NOT new, and I'd suspect, in due course, when the rep has time, he'll respond
and if not, then bitch and moan and reach out to Bryan

reps are to be active - not on demand
 
Im not bitching at all just thought that would be the norm to do at the end of a promotion, just a courtesy thing.

I understand that it will take a few days but I really feel at an end of a promotion especially after a few days there should be some correspondence from the rep or someone who is representing the company.
 
Such pushiness makes us seem ungrateful and sours the end of what is a generous and popular comp.

Currently (I think) the rep is busy dealing with issues raised on other threads about major game glitches as things move to SG....I firmly believe he will get here as soon as he can x

I’m rapidly discovering that perhaps the greatest addicts are the least patient...

hmm, you should probably have amended that.
for example, i had deposited today and would have played the slot (and others too)were it not for

9. Competition will be closed to all entrants on the last day of July 2018
 
OK Whoops my bad just checked back on the T's and C's and the comp officially ended on the 31st, I will do the random draw right now and contact the winners.

The original T&C's were for an entire month, ie to the 4th. So sorry for the delay!

We'll stick all the grabs into a random draw now and pull out the random thread draw winner.

I haven’t been paid by VideoSlots yet either. I pm’d them and they said to email support. Support replied and said It can take a couple of days to credit the account.

Not sure how Videoslots work on crediting someone's account but they sure take longer for sure. Just a month ago they owed me a credit, get an email to say my account has been sent for crediting, being sent for crediting I thought I would receive the same day, but it took a week for them to put the funds in my account. Look at the other 2 winners from different casinos have received their prize in minutes. In my books, Videoslots is the best that online gambling offers just not sure why some things like this take so long.
