Casino Complaint Brovada Not Paying Out!

Requested a withdrawal of $ 1,600.00 nearly a month ago. I have called and emailed numerous times. They just give me the same answers. Your money is safe,keep checking your account and send a copy of your account statements. They have told me that the funds would be deposited last week. Before that, they claimed it would be the week before. 5-10 business days has clearly been pasted. They just give me the run around. HELP!

Assuming you mean Bovada... Go to the forum casino rep's page HERE. Look to the left side of the page and find Send Private Message. Click that and give a brief description of your problem.

Thanks for the link. Yes it is Bovada. I have trouble spelling :(

You are welcome. There's another casino with a similar name (I can't think of it right now) so just wanted to be sure we were on the same page. Don't worry about the typo, I am well known for my typonese. :D

A lot of USA players are having problems getting paid right now. Hang in there and maybe they'll get it cleared up soon. :thumbsup:
