If you are thinking of buying a pet... then look no further than Peninsula Animal Aid at Clontarf! $200 will get you a desexed, mircochipped, vaccinated pet who will be yours forver!!!

PAA is a fully non-profit org that relies on donations. So if you aren't thinkng of a pet... then please consider throwing them a few dollars.... they do such great work!!!!

I love me some animals, it's terrible how many good animals die because there is not enough homes.

PAA is a great org and so is animals-in-need.com.au another Brisbane rescue service that was started by the former foster coordinator at PAA and some of the other volunteers. We foster dogs thru the latter these days.

Not to say that PAA doesn't do good works ... they do! Just that animals-in-need.com.au has the primary focus of rescuing and finding forever homes (and less about paperwork)... the new owners having been thoroughly checked over as prospective new parents first.

So any of you out there in south east Queensland thinking of a new pet please check them out.
