I opened an account with Boyle casino (I think a few weeks ago, memory is poor at the min) and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoy playing here, I have yet to cash out though but my deposits have gave me more play time than at other play tech casinos, the games also run quite smooth on the downloaded casino, as on flash, unlike one other playtech casino that I need not mention

I have to say that I had never heard of this casino until I seen a winners screenshot (thanks G) and I thought I would give it a try, I am very pleased that I did, because of this out dated laptop, my comp runs slow, but the games do not jitter or freeze at Boyle Casino

I've never really taken a liken to Hulk, mostly because I haven't got the feel for it, ya'know sometimes you just get a feel for some games, fantastic 4 used to be my all time fav, but I've been playing Iron Man more recently, though on free play I'd still play Hulk though not for real

It has nothing to do with Playtech at all, I always thought it was because of the fact they are licensed through the Alderney Gambling Commission, and they do not allow Australians, Canadians or German players. You will find this also applies at Paddy Power and any other casino licensed with them.

Because neither offer any software that bans players from those jurisdictions that I am aware of, do they offer IGT games? (I cannot find any) if so this is why we are blocked out.

EDIT: Ok so I maybe wrong here: SpinandWin allow Aussies who are licensed by Alderney but I.P block the IGT games to Australians, Canadians and Germans. But allow those players to play the Microgaming Slots

And I'm banned from the IGT slots at Chilicasino, and some others I'm not sure what platform. I was a player at Chili when it was NetEnt, but all it seems to offer me anymore is a limited selection of MG slots. I know they have larger offerings for other countries since I have wasted so much time clicking slots I can't play.

I must say I would like to play in this casino, seeing all these good reviews; but when I try to play any blackjack or any roulette, the message "This game is currently unavailable" pops up.
I contacted support and they told me I can e-mail them my IP address and version of operating system and they would refer the matter to the technical department. I sent them the e-mail now so I will wait and see.
They are nice and trying to be helpful, no argument there, but I have never encountered anything like this in any Playtech casino; it seems strange. The slots and videopoker are OK; I can play those.

I'll try and give you an answer if i know what the question is - i must have missed it.

As to Playtech - i'm fairly sure their slots games are non-configurable due to the documentation i've seen so should be consistent across the different casinos. And now that both Boyle and Gala have released this information i don't think it'll be long before the other major vendors follow suit and we have some degree of confirmation.

Please accept my apologies for my last post, I've spoken to our Customer Service Manager and we do in fact allow Canadian Players. Apparently I had an older version of the restricted jurisdiction sheet. I would recommend that Canadian players use Neteller, Paypal or Moneybookers/Skrill as I know we've had some issues verifying Canadian card details in the past which could delay things.

The RTP's for all games are available from our Customer Service Team, simply open a live chat and ask about any game you wish and they will be able to give you the correct info. The games are not configurable at an operator level so this would cover all Playtech games.

Publishing the RTP's has been on my to-do list for too long, I'll commit to include the game RTP's for each game on the Game Info page on the Boylecasino main site by the end of this week (nothing like a dead line to get a job done). The RTP's are the same for download however we dont have control to update the Help Files on download client so we'll have to think of a way around this. I'll speak to our designers to get a full list for all download & instant content available on site as soon as we can however that might take a little longer.

Chopley - Boyle Casino have already provided me with a list of the RTPs for all of their slots games and i've published them all on my site, so this information is available already (you can also reorder the list by RTP - or house edge as i use - so you can quickly see the games that fit your needs). That said it would be great if they listed them on their own site!!

You're absolutely right Max, it does - but just for clarity House Edge and RTP are essentially the same thing. To get the HE simply take the RTP off 100. This gives you how much a slots game costs for every £100 you wager rather than telling you how much change you should get from a hundred.

Boylecasino RTP displayed

Hi all,

I've just finished updating the Game Info pages at Boylecasino.com with the RTP's for each game. We will also be working on a way to include the RTP's for the download only content in the coming days but in the mean time our Customer Service staff are available to confirm any download only content through Live Chat.

One or two games do have an RTP "range" listed, this is because there are several different RTP's listed for different bet types in certain games (for example Dice Twister with 21 RTP's between 93.75% to 97.22% depending on bet type) and we've a limited amount of space on the game info page. I hope you'll forgive me for that. If you find a game with a "Range RTP" please feel free to contact Customer Service and our team can check your preferred bet.
