Just a heads up that the new fee to deposit at Bovada is now 4.9% used to be 3.5% this means that if you deposit say $20.00 US it will cost you $20.98 plus 1.98 at you bank. I wont be depositing. Considering how tight their slots are, it is not worth it for me to deposit there, with my bank charging a fee plus them charging, i am better off with the other casions like Club world who dont charge a fee to deposit. Since they have a limit of one withdrawal per month for free otherwise they charge you plus a limit of minimum withdraws up the tailpipe its not worth it anymore to play there.

Any fee is an immediate and steep addition to the House Edge

This is why I haven't played at Bovada in well over a year. I think they are after big depositors who will wire the money in which case they may cover the fees. As for credit card deposits, why bother when there are so many other options with equal or better RTP--even for an American.

Where ellse in America are their "so many options"
Akk I know are these ridiculous RTG when it comes to slots. The VP is not bad, however
INET doesnt have chat and support always get your mail lost

To me the only decent on line casino available to US is the Jackpot Capital Group in spite of the meister's ratings.

It's been 4.9% for awhile.

yes but my last deposit amount with the was at 3.5% when i cashed out $300. Its not often i deposit with them, only when im really bored with the other slots and have just the FEELING that i need to go to a certain slot and play it. Usually cash out with something, but i only do it when i have my free withdrawal available per month and I make sure that my withdrawal is enogh to cover the deposit i made and the costs of depositing. Otherwise its a big loss lol. So far this year, im down, not as much as i could be since i cut myself off.

A SMALL withdrawal fee I can take.

ANY kind of deposit fee is a unacceptable UNLESS the games were higher RTP.

If I had to pay deposit fees, I would just stop playing. I feel sorry for US players who are being fleeced before they even hit spin.

I don't understand, if CWC and others don't charge fees, why US players don't play there...??. The RTP will most likely be the same. I'm assuming its the bonuses, in which case you're going in with your eyes wide open and choosing better bonuses over fee-free deposits....you make that choice, you have to live with it.

I still maintain that the choices for US players aren't as limited and grim as some make out. In fact, I think some use it as an excuse/justification for frequenting dodgy establishments.

Actually I don't believe that technically Bovada is a dodgy establishment. There are still accredited, you don't hear much about them. Yet apparently the meister still believes in them. So other than the fee, as posted in another thread. They do seem to pay decent and at least can hold water.
Just really it's a matter if the player can live with the fee or if they would rather not.
I've heard of some casinos overseas too that charge a fee, plus there banks get a fee to boot. Correct me if I'm wrong that some of your larger casinos make a percentage off of credit cards too?

Meister believes in them but they are dropping in ratings compared to the others. They are not HIGH in the rankings and do not get the awards that they others receives. There is a huge difference.
