Just wanted to let everyone know that if you have a pending withdrawl with Bovada or plan on making one, expect to wait awhile. My withdrawl approved on Jan 26 still hasn't been delivered and no tracking number available yet which indicates that it has yet to be printed/mailed. Live support stated they have a lot of withdrawls they are processing and that is the cause of delay. It's frustrating for sure..

Bovada is not at the level of the established RTG's I'm afraid.

Done with BOVAD/BODOGS

Although we have experienced some delays over the last couple of months, we just want to reassure you that all players are being paid. With our recent brand change, we bring along with us our reputation of meeting our payout commitments. Any questions can also be directed to 1-888-263-0000 or [email protected].

At least you have a cashout. I have played at Bodogs/Bovada for a few years with alot of depositing in the past year, to no avail. Can't catch anything there at all :(. I have actually uninstalled it as of yesterday. Good Luck on receiving your win. I am DONE with BOVADA.

I played at BODOG for years and now at bovada. I have lost and won but never had a problem with payments. Yes they do take a long time to pay but they do pay. What I hated in the past was
when one had to wait 10 days for the deposit to "clear" then another now 15 days to pay.

I dont mind bwcause there are other casinos I play at.
Bovada's NEW PLATFORM OR LOBBY WHATEVER IS THE WORSE i HAVE EVER SEEN Its dificult to find any games you want and is especially confusing I think I first suggested they fire the idiot who designed the "new look" So why do I still play there?

It offers me sports betting , horse betting, and poker all three which I dabble in a little with small bets (had giants plus the points and giants straigth up on money line for 25 bucks each) and their slots stinks so DO NOT play slots and stick to VP mostly

So cant agree with some posts knocking BOVADA .i THINK ITS BEST TO JUST MOVE ON WHEN THINGS ARE NOT GOING YOUR WAY. ONE LIVE LONGER THAT WAY and who to tell probably will be aliove when the US govt gets someone like Ron Paul who advocates lettingn us do what we want with our with OUR Money These frigging reps and dems are so hyprocital geesh another thread I guess

If this has been going on for the last couple of months then it would have been nice to disclose that fact before accepting deposits for wagers. I never would have deposited had I known it would take weeks(so far) to withdraw anything.

Update

Happy Valentines Day everyone.

Just wanted to give an update that Bovada still hasn't sent my payment. All live chat has been saying is that they will let me know when a tracking number is available and saying "football season" is to blame.

My personal recommendation is that everyone play elsewhere.

Milemaster its true about being football season esp the superbowl payouts. I would be pateint. Could you let me know when they send you a message that it has been sent. I don't remeber if they send out a message saying the funds have been sent
I am in my second business week of a 15 business week waitng period myself but quite frankly I am not worried.

I knew this was going to shit when they changed their business model and name for the USA customers. I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Unclear of the rationale for your comments. I've received two checks from them so far this year with no issue. Timeframe could improve a bit, but nothing outrageous for US players.

If you have not received your payout within the estimated time-frame, feel free to PM us your account number and we'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

I have to say I agree, I have received three separate payouts since bodog became bovada, $760, $1000, and $900, all via money transfer in less than 12 hours. I do sincerely hope that people getting paid slowly will get paid soon, I know it's frustrating.

Bovada slow

I too have learned of Bovada's recent slow payouts.
I have played at Bodog/Bovada for a few years and have gone through some ups and downs with the payout process. About a week ago I requested a payout of $842.00. In the past I was usually paid within a few days. Now they are saying 15 business days:

1:04:16 PM : Casino Player: I understand your protocol states about 15 days but in the past you have processed...sometimes within a few days.

1:04:22 PM : Christine G.: We are happy that you contacted us and happy to assist with your query.

1:04:27 PM : Christine G.: Can you please hold for a minute while I review your account?

1:04:39 PM : Casino Player: Thank you

1:05:22 PM : Christine G.: That is correct, however, at this time the estimated time frame is 15 business days

I feel confident I will be paid but to take that long is very disappointing. If I remember correctly the last time I requested a payout from Bodog (about 3 months ago) I received it within a few days.

15 Business Days and they mean it.

I went through the same thing in December when I REALLY needed the money. The good news is you will be paid. The bad news is it will be close to a month from the time you cash in until FedEX knocks on your door.

Calling the support team will do you absolutely no good. A very friendly and helpful but somewhat clueless young Filipino woman will just continue to reassure you that you will get the tracking number soon.

EARTH TO BOVADA! This is costing you LOTS of business. I have not deposited there since because I do not find the turn around time to be acceptable.

I agree it is way too long.

Out of curiosity, if you really needed the money, why were you gambling in the first place? Seems a bit odd.

Out of curiosity NIFTY . . .

Do you have a life other than trying to antagonize everyone in this forum? Pathetic.

I was asking a question about something you posted. If you don't want questions or comments from others, don't post it.

I'm sorry, as I obviously touched a raw nerve.

We all have writed things we later regret. I always regrets my posts and will probably do it with this one too.
Noone should have to be afraid of posting...or afraid of getting the post analyzed.
I always need the money I win. Doesn't everyone?

Itwasn'ta raw nerve you touched Nifty...You were being judgemental and asking a question only mot5hjer's ask their kids ..paraphrasing "if you needed the money , why gamble"
So he gambled and won So he needed the money NOW and its his money and he wants it NOW

Nothing wrong with that excpet for those who like to moralize

In saying that, he realized he had said something he probably shouldn't of and did apologise ehh in a kind of back handed way  So perhaps best to leave it at that? :p Just saying:cool:

While Bodog is not the fastest U.S. facing site, their cashout speed is average. Realize that all US facing poker rooms/casinos lost their ability to process bank wires recently. If they were a sportsbook, they also are having to process all of the winners from the Super Bowl. If you want fast payouts, you will need to figure out a way to get money through WU (what they call Rapid Transfer). A check is going to take 2-4 weeks right now. Accept that or don't play.

This is in the middle speed range of the last 6 months. They have had 1 week checks at some points and 3 month checks at other points. This is just the state of playing at US facing sites.

This is very true, anytime in the past when I have gotten a payout via WU, as long as my last request wasn't within the last 7 days, I have never in 3-4 years received my WU payout details in less than 12 hours, period.

FWIW, I believe a WU transaction is called a Money Transfer, and MG transaction a Rapid Transfer. I personally think it is important to distinguish between the two because I have found that MG asks a lot of suspicious, interrogating questions where as WU has never asked me anything. Also, the amount you can transfer or w/d is greater with Money Transfer (WU, up to $2000), and Rapid Transfer (MG, $850)

slow because of U.S. ?

Not completely buying into the theory about U.S. players not being able to get quicker cash-outs because we are U.S.
That whole gambling/banking problem in the U.S. has been going on for a few years...and even with that problem being understood I can remember several times in recent months I have been able to cash out much quicker than 15 days and sometimes within a few days.

It's a valid point I think.

Basically, it comes down to which processor the casino employs. I don't know for sure, but i get the impression that its a case of getting what you pay for at the end of the day. I suspect that some processors may charge a premium for fast processing, and operators who won't pay the extra are put in the slow lane with all the others.

It also appears that processors have much tighter restrictions on the number of wires etc they will send at one time, presumably to avoid setting off alarm bells in the US. So, even though the casino might well send out 200 wires for processing, the processor might only send 25 a day per merchant, so it will be 8 days before that one batch is cleared. Couple that with a probable holding policy of up to 10 days by the processor, it can make for some serious delays.

Of course, there are casinos who just deliberately slow pay, but I doubt that is the intention of the good ones.

Check Received

I just noticed that I stated that the 26th was the day of my withdrawl approval date, when it was actually the 23rd. Whoops..

Anyway, I want to let everyone know I received payment on Friday Feb 17th. The check was issued from a foreign bank so time will tell if my bank has an issue with it. Very different experience from the CWC group.

Still waiting

Bovada Slow Payments

Bovada casino has been promising me a payout for the past month. At first they said 15 days, and when I inquired by phone and sent e-mail, all I got was excuses, and after awhile they just started sending form letters apologizing for the delay. As yet I have no payout, but will keep you updated on any progress.

Bovada Slow Payouts

I never had a problem with them until May. Now they are later than ever (34 business days since first approved payout). Does anyone know what is going on with them? Customer service is very polite but unhelpful. Really enjoyed this casino but quite concerned at this point.

I am also waiting.......20 business days for me! And very curious about the International check and if we will have probs with it!

Very Slow PAYOUTS

I have been waiting for a payout since April 29th. I called again today and they said it was sent to the courier but could not give me a tracking number. Today marks 42 business days without my money.

I've never had a significant problem with Bodog/Bovada, but my most recent payout is slower than ever. The site claims 20 business days on average. My first inquiry to customer service gave me a response of 25 business days. My second inquiry just gave an apology and an assurance that I would get my payout with no time frame. It's been 38 days since my payout was approved. It appears I am not alone in my frustration with Bovada. Definitely going to look elsewhere to play until they get things figured out.

Yes, I haven't had any problems before either, but this is bordering on being absurd. Yes, and I'm not putting any more money in Bovada until I get my payouts.

they say up front on how long it takes to recieve your pay-out. dont want to wait then dont play.ive won over 4500.00 this year and had my money in hand on the 25th busness day. its not slow pay, its just business thats how there casino works. you have options to play or not. so people do your home work before you go to school.

That was quite rude of you. Basically, other players are saying recent payouts are taking much longer than usual and thus posted their experiences. There might or might not be problems but that's exactly what the forum is for - sharing of experiences. Others are entitled to state their feelings. In case it turns out that there are problems with this casino you will have plenty of egg on your face.

Sorry you are incorrect. Many persons were told that payment would be received in 15 business days. Many called and were given information about payment in 20 days-then Bovada said 25 days. My first payment received was over 45 business days since both courier services delivery on Saturdays--that is absurd. My second payment was not received until 30 days and if you include Saturdays it was 36 days. I hope that their payment issues get resolved--because I have been playing for years, when It was Bodog and now Bovada. And I have done my homework.

well i was sharing a few words that its not that complicated. but with all i have read that people didnt want to wait for there pay-out so they started dissing the casino! i guess some people were there feelings on there sleave.and as far as a casino player, i thought some people need to know the rules before they play. its just that simple. not knocking them, just giving them advice. no egg on face. this is a lagit casino. they have recently changed there 15 days to 25 days { working days }. so really, dissing the casino isnt cool eather.im a 10 year vet to playing online casinos and i know the rules before i play.
