Bonus Question

When clearing a bonus how do games with varying bets count towards the bonus. For example in Let it Ride if I bet $1 but get dealt a winner and end up with $3 out there does $1 or $3 go to my WR? If I raise in 3 Card Poker does the raise go into the WR or only the ante? I know this will not be the same for all casinos (or maybe it is?) but what is the standard rule?

It's the total amount you bet which goes toward the WR.
i.e. Your raises do count.

...but not your winnings, unless of course you bet those also.
