Bonus problem in the BETFAIR casino

Hello.
I have next problem:
I received 22€ bonus for my last deposit in the Betfair casino (Playtech).Wagerer requiement was 440€.
I start playing and played only slots games.My bets in this games was more like 900€,but my wagerer requiement is still 320€.
Yesterday was my bankroll 500€,i played for 450€,but my wagerer requiement is still 320€...
Another problem is expiry date for this bonus.My bonus will be expired after tomorrow...
I sended 3 times this question in the Betfair casino,but not answered me...
What you means about this?
BETFAIR not answered me and my money will be missed after tomorrow...

Firstly betfair are a rogue casino so in future check the accredited list here before playing. Secondly i don't know what u were playing but it is possible that it did not count 100 percent towards wagering requirements, may be only 10 or 25 pecent. Check terms and conditions of bonus.

Doesn't make sense. To have lost 100, you must have wagered at least 100, probably more, yet your WR has gone down by only 10. It looks like slots have a mere 10% weighting, or even less.

By ignoring your time critical query until the bonus expires they are guaranteed to not have to pay anything.

It seems nothing much has changed there since they were rogued over 2 years ago.

There is probably something sneaky in the smallprint for this bonus that explains this oddity.

Slots count 100%, no exceptions listed.

Therefore, if the OP is playing slots, they are getting screwed over.

I see they still have the generally rogue term that management can decide not to pay because of how "the bonus has been used", without any more specific information on what they consider "proper use" of said bonus.


For a 100% weighted game, 100 wagered means the WR reduces by 100.

If there is a system error that is causing the above experience, it is highly time critical, yet it seems the CS are ignoring the issue, possibly until it is too late and the system automatically expires the bonus.

Perhaps the OP could list the games they have played so that we can confirm 100% that they have played slots, and only slots, hence all play should have been weighted at 100%.

The OP could pin this down further before the whole thing expires by logging in, counting the actual amount wagered (No spins x stake) rather than the change in balance, and how the remaining WR has reacted.

Give us:- name of game, amount wagered, change in remaining WR

From this we can quickly see what the system is actually doing, and then compare it to the terms and conditions and weightings.

I also see no mention of "progressive" or "branded" slots being excluded, but could this actually be the case here, and the cause of these odd WR figures?

This explains it, but there is nothing on the website about this bonus, so by implication one would assume the more general terms would apply.

How easy is it to find this information WITHOUT having to contact CS and possibly wait some time for a reply.
