Here's the first email
Dear XXXX
It is with regret that I have to inform you that our accounts department are about to place your account into the Bonus exclusion category.
Your recent play with us is you continually availing of bonus's that we send out to reward our regular players, but you do not play unless it is bonus advantage play.
I must therefore confirm that unless we see a change in your pattern of play i.e. bonus free playing, we will be denying any future bonus's that you try to redeem.
This is not an action that we take lightly, however continual misuse of the bonus program seriously effects our ability to reward our regular players.
My Response
I am confused I don't know what I've done wrong. I've deposited with each bonus. Why do you offer bonuses if you can't use them? I am not playing any differently that I do at other sites, I always use bonuses to deposit and I've never been excluded before, sometimes I make the playthrough, but most the time I don't. Are you going to honor my withdrawal or are you taking that away too. I am just blown away by this.
Their Response:
Dear XXX
I am sorry but where have we said we are not honouring your withdrawal.
I suggest you read the mail we sent you, this is a warning, we have not taken anything away.
Yes you may claim all bonuses, that is not what we said, however we also expect some non bonus play as well.
You have claimed over 100% on every dollar you have deposited without ever playing with non bonus funds.
We are saying that we expect some non bonus play as well as bonus play.
Kind regards
CSR Brian
I added up what I've deposited there over a month and it's close to $500, but I am not a regular player? I may not be a "high-roller. But that's a lot of money to me.
And to me, it's even harder to cash out when using bonuses because of the wage requirements, I don't get it. I have also used 75 percent bonuses too.
Whatever...I am listening to other's here and will most likely heed their advice.
I expected more from an Accredited Casino. Which is why I even played there in the first place.
