Bonanza comes in for the most scrutiny because it’s the most popular, it’s played more so patterns become more noticeable and comparisons and conclusions more easily drawn. IMO every game falls into the same category. “Randomsated” (another 5p to goatwack for royalties). They are all wolves dressed in sheeps clothing. It’s the designers job to disguise it as best as possible some are better than others but all principles are the same. Name one game that pays out better than it used to. A struggle isn’t it. Which is strange when you are led to believe a slot reaches its rtp over millions of spins, you would infact expect them to get gradually better but they don’t. Quite the opposite infact.

There was an update in June then another on 24th of July.

I was playing at bet365 last night on the later update and it had the funny graphics.

Skyvegas and Grosvenor are still running through open bet by the way for anybody concerned about SG interfering.

Why does this game and others constantly get updated and why are we as players/customers/end users not get told what these updates are.

As a pretty much full time AWP player for the last 10 years I can assure you that anything SG get their hands on or ‘tweak’ is never gonna be in the players favour.

From an AWP stand point it’s almost criminal what they’ve done to some of their games.

Well it can be a little bit boring in the base but ANY slot can be if its not hitting decent wins or features. I have had many bonuses of 300x and higher and had some big base game hits as well and so have many others from all the screenshots in the comp thread so dunno, and i have had some great hits out of QoR too, over 1000x hits on that one, instead of chasing a bonus your just chasing a big hit which normally come out of nowhere.

Look people, you forget sometimes just HOW the huge Bonanza hits appear. They are invariably ONE big combo, coming in on a decent multiplier on the FIRST 'action' as they call it. This has no bearing on whether you have a 12, 17 or even 32-spin trigger. The wins occurring in the feature simply mimic what you can get on a normal spin, quite rarely, in the base game. You need one of these rare reel combos to appear when you have say a 6+ multiplier accrued. Therefore you are need a rare spin to occur on one of the very small amount of spins you are playing which are under a multiplier, i.e. during the later stages of a feature. It ain't easy but it can and does happen.

I'd say they pulled it because of the wonky graphics on the latest update.

BTG was distributed by the NYX platform which has been bought by SG, and they made an error with the loading screen according to the BTG rep on here. I don't think that SG can alter the coding and maths of a game they merely distribute through their platform...

The D was AWOL once again. I’m through playing Bonanza and BTG. Way too volatile now.

I don’t know how people are willing to bet €£2-5 a spin on Bonanza. I assume they make six figures at their jobs, are “professional slot machine players” or have had success gambling in the past. I think it’s an “on the day thing”. I assume diamond mines rtp is the same as bonanza so theoretically one shouldn’t be any better than the other but I hear what your saying with the big base game hits on bonanza. About 6 weeks ago it had a spate of throwing them out. I had more in 2 days than the previous 6 months. It’s the same with the +5s I haven’t seen 1 in ages then 1 day I will probably hit 3 or 4. That’s my gripe with the “rng”. How come it has days when it “randomly” keeps picking big base game hits but no bonus round then on other days vice versa. Then most days when it won’t pick either no matter how long you play. Call it compensated/contrived/manipulated but don’t use “R” word.
