Hi Support Department / Daniel,
As you may be aware, there is long topic running on the Casinomeister forum regarding the slot Bonanza by Big Time Gaming. You can read up on it here
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/bonanza-by-big-time-gaming.76428/ but I suggest you make yourself a brew first because it is rather a long read.
In this topic, a representative of Big Time Gaming (I believe him to be the owner) is participating but to the frustration of those taking part in the discussion he is rather rudely ignoring some questions asked regarding the potential wins on this game.
The following questions remain unanswered despite them being asked more than once:
- How many spins have been recorded by your servers on the Bonanza game
- What is the highest multiplier win (not in money terms but in multiplier terms) given by the game according to your server records
- For a game that regularly can go without a bonus round for in excess of 1,000 spins, do you feel that it complies with responsible gambling legislation considering that all of the potential sits in the bonus game and you may well have players chasing the bonus to be bitterly disappointed because it too regularly pays less than 50x stake
As a direct customer of Big Time Gaming perhaps if you could ask these questions they maybe have the courtesy of providing an answer.
I appreciate that you don't have direct control over the outcome of the spins, but as a Company that decided to host this game and in the process make long term profit on it, and a Company that is dedicated to responsible gambling legislation, it really would be appreciated if this could be done.
It is just not just me, but also Casinomeister members and my viewers on Twitch regularly questioning whether this slot indeed does pay anywhere near the claimed potential by the developer. Answers to these questions may put any suspicion about this game and Big Time Gaming finally to bed.
Many thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Kind regards
