Don't know how you designed the slot and what hit rate your bonus round has as i don't have the game sheet a la Netent but i would ask your programmers to take a second look at it. I went yesterday 158, 235 and 267!!!! and countless 50 - 100 spins without once seeing even just a chance for a bonus round. What i mean with that is to see 3 of the 4 symbols on the screen, either straight on a spin or to have then another cascade coming down where you do the pulsating animation, which in my view are a chance to hit the bonus round. On a normal slot we call it a "2-scatter teaser".
Who in his right mind thought that players would like that? Do you know that from an RG point of view you are walking a fine line? Not showing a chance for that long puts a lot of pressure on players' minds in that they start thinking "it must show soon" and spin again and again and again, increasing the addiction potential while they end up playing far too long or depositing too much. I will double check this with the UKGC or MGA to see what they think. I suggest you have a look at it as well...unless of course you intended to have it work exactly like that.
Just think about it... you have a slot with a bonus round and for nearly half an hour you don't even see a chance to get one.
Other than that I think the slot "rocks", even start to like that doodling soundtrack.

One other thing has been bugging me since i played this slot more often.
Has anybody seen once all lines ...117,649 displayed in the top window?
I have never seen anything more than 13,824!! That is barely over 10% of what it can show and i am close to 10,000 spins on the game.
I got 2 bonus games in 30 spins at Leovegas just now.
I have had over 10 features now, only one under 100x haha, I turned it on then for a quick £20 at £1 and hit a 130x feature within a few minutes. Gutted though, got to 10x with 8 spins left, then they paid nothing.
Wait 600 spins to be then showered with 11 dead spins and 1 paying a little getting me to 3x multiplier! ), whatever, but the partially fantastically low RTP in the base game, the fact that it goes far to rarely past 20K lines, let alone 50K or higher, the mostly poor bonus rounds coupled with the super boring part where it goes repeatedly 300+ spins without showing once a "3 scatter teaser" just makes me lose interest completely.
Oh, i stopped counting the bonus round with 10-15x bet payouts.

Will be pulling out from this contest, the slot is just not good entertainment. Those 117K lines are rather 11.7K lines, and even that is a rare sight. BTG is dangling a big carrot in front of our eyes with this game and for the past 2 days i have fallen for it. Well, i'm done!
Had this one after losing nearly $700 and and it came exactly 2 spins after lowering my bet from $4 --> $2. That just can't be all random!
