But Max win is 20 000eur which is strange, basically it gives out with 20eur bet up to 1000x. I went to chat to get information about it and they confirmed that 20 000 is the max. Just send them the screenshot of the 6000+x from here and ask why max win is 20k from a 20 bet, that ain't right unless that's what they're allowed to do, it's more than 1000x definitely, just never in my lifetime

It was the usual set up after initially hitting a smallish win with the rubies. A load of diamonds apart from reel 2 which normally misses. However, this time I think it dropped 2 (possibly 3) but in my amazement I messed up the screenshot.

Honestly it's a travesty that yourself or dunover never won, but honestly that's typical btg, state rules on Twitter then don't tell anyone it's a poem comp. The lack of participation in the comp thread was laughable, they promised a spreadsheet and never produced it. This time round I'm going to keep one for the members, it's the right thing to do.
