It happens when you get disconnected. It say recovering game but what it doesn’t do is recover it as it was. It knows the total you were going to win and it plays out some until that total is reached. Once that happens it doesn’t allow any more reactions even if you have a win. Now that isn’t right! If that ever happens to me I will have no problem quitting online slots there and then. That is definitely wrong and shouldn’t be brushed under the carpet.

You should have PM'd the BTG Rep at the time.

I PM'd and had contact with BIG Rep about an issue i had on EC @ Unibet.. it wouldnt let me play realmode on it cause it gave 'an error is trying to end this game' error. He would look into...never heard anything from him after that..

Also raised an error in EC where the slot simply not count winningcombination(s) and without resuming the game after an disconnection..The casino contacted BTG about it.. they looked into it and said everything went ok no issues. Casino asked for a video of it.. we still waiting for that video or an reply on it.. its now more then 5 weeks ago

Not sure it proves anything either way tbh regarding predetermined. As far as I can see it just proves it couldn’t reconnect to the same original bonus unless I am missing something . Which is quite possible.

Still not a satisfactory outcome though and why does it take so long to give you an explanation?

As I've said before, result should be the same at whatever point the game malfunctions AKA flash Rhino style where you have to sit thru the whole bonus from the start or it recovers to the exact point of the crash.

This seems a possible unique case, If I were a casino operator in this instance, I'd have paid the average of the 5 different results, making the difference up with a direct "good will" cash credit. The fact you have evidence makes this easy also.

Actually I got some videos of the last 3 failed attempts. The server had obviously gone off-line at a certain point.
Because it resumes at the same point each time. But gives different spins, wins, and final total

I'll add my name to the list of BTG victims.
1 weeks play on Bonanza all bonuses <50x bet, one was a 22 spins trigger paid 25xbet.

Tonight £80 start, bonus quite quickly and it paid £1.55.
Balance dropped to £27 then I lost the f**king plot and upped to £1 spins, a big mistake as it was gone a few minutes highest win was 2.5x
Deposit £20 to try WWTBM again on £1 spins, lasted about 20 minutes, no bonus and highest win was 10x
Majorly pissed off deposited £30 to play Chilli at £1 again a disaster, highest win 0.8x and not one feature drop coin.
So with that I closed all of my accounts for a week.

BTG slot's are gotta be compensated or somethings not truly random about them, everyone is having the same experiences over the same periods of time.
Some say that's not possible and is illegal they are audited, maybe that's correct but the same auditors allow Yggdrasil collection slots which are highly compensated.
