Joined this a week or so ago. Wanted to deposit 20 EUROS but somehow mistakenly deposited 100. I asked live chat what the rollover was and was told it was 1x. I did then and proceeded to cashout. Received an email stating it should be rolled over 3x instead. I told them this was not what live chat told me but they said they found the support staff to be correct. I asked for a transcript but they never complied with my request. I wagered it 3x anyway and am waiting for the cashout which is already 2 days since my request.
