Hello everyone I had 60 dollars in bitcoin stolen from me at Bitstarz due to the fact I apparently deposited to the incorrect wallet. I deposited to BCH instead of bitcoin from my CB account. They will not credit my account and said the money is lost.

I will never play here again and have requested they close my account. Just a heads up to everyone else to be very careful when you deposit.

They also do not outline which games are available to be played based upon which type of coin you deposit and lock various games if you take a deposit bonus, without informing you this will be done. There are tons of hidden shady things going on with this company. Nothing but negative reviews online. I wish I was never told about this site.

They also wouldn’t let me fill in USA on my account information section and I am just now finding out they don’t allow US players despite the fact they have allowed me to deposit numerous times while knowing I am located in the US.

Be careful!! Good luck to everyone else. I am not taking and further chances and believe this Casino should be ROGUED.
Hi Pokerdan,

Thanks for all the feedback here.

Well, first of all, we haven't stolen anything from you. You basically sent your money to the wrong address. It would essentially be the equivalent
of you wanting to send money to your friend, and you put in the wrong bank details and it's being sent somewhere else. Not sure about everyone
here, but in that case I wouldn't blame the friend for the money not showing up. It would be your own mistake for sending the funds the wrong way,
even though I sympathize with you as I'm myself sometimes terrified of the same scenario. But I believe that's a broader crypto discussion.

However, this doesn't mean that we sit and gloat with your 60 dollars in hand. We do not have that money either.

Regarding the US question, correct, we do not accept US players, and I would have hoped that not letting you fill in that country and also
having it stated in the terms would be enough. Regarding restricting you as a player, we have plenty of players from for example Russia
who rely on free VPNs in order to access the casino, which of many have US IP due to most of the servers are based there. Therefore, it's hard for us to have an IP block. Once more
I would have hoped that the country selection restriction and terms would be enough here.

With this being said, you sending money to the wrong fact or you registering an account despite US being removed from country selection in your
profile and banned by the terms, I wouldn't think that the said scenario would define us as rogue casino. Words like that and the word "scam" seems
to be thrown around way too easily these days. I'll keep that as my personal opinion though.

Regards,
