I reckon I have waited long enough and its time to start a thread on bitdreams casino. I deposited via bitcoin and made a request to cash out USD 180 on 17 May. After nearly a week, no bitcoins arrived and I asked support. That staff told me the finance department was overloaded and told me to be patient. She was unwilling to commit to a date when the cashout will be processed. That is a red flag to me and I contacted Lady Jelena who introduced this casino to the forum in April. She replied that she was only a middleman and couldnt help. I then noticed there was a forum rep and asked him for assistance. Then I received a most ludicrous reply. He said I should contact their support staff as he was not involved in these things. They are in deep trouble financially and cannot pay out a measly $180 despite this issue being highlighted in the forum. The rep cannot help out even though its reputation is being questioned.

Fellow players are advised not to deposit as they cant pay -well for a certain period at least. I shall provide updates on the cashout status but the signs arent good.

The whole operation can be run via blockchain and the people behind them out of reach of the authorities of any decent nation state.

I predict, confidently, that crapto will be the main source of complaints here in the next 1-2 years, far outstripping even the Cure-a-cow scams.

Seems weird that they have not paid such a small sum especially with the negative publicity. But at moment we only have one member having issues and only his side of the story tho not saying not genuine. But as yet the Rep has not commented on why the delay tho i doubt it will be because they cannot afford $180.

So seems weird that they would struggle to pay out $180. Maybe since it has been a week a PAB should be done to find out what is happening.
 
Gslot casino is scamming me I have been waiting for 60 days for my withdrawal and they have been given me the run-around for so long and then when I file a complaint they change their tune to possible fraud I am verified and told them from the start that will not play make any dep until I get full verification made already a withdrawal of 400 days before winning the 4k and they are REALLY JUST TAKING MONEY BUT NOT GIVING WINNINGS Its not right they get to do this

I don't personally do crapto but I understand that the value of them has plummeted recently, would that affect anything? If the casino pays in crapto then it's all pro-rata but if any cash conversions take place then surely they would become far more expensive if the crapto value is lower all of a sudden?
 
There must be some sort of flat conversion, I can’t see the likes of NetEnt and Evolution wanting to be paid in crypto .

I would guess their supplier contracts are for real money , so I would think their cost of doing business has massively increased , and will probably increase alot more soon …..
 
Also why would the content suppliers take the massive risk on crypto volatility? It should be up to the casino operator to hedge the payment method .

I would speculate that as crypto goes down more , there will be alot more threads popping up ….

According to a previous post the rep made - Crypto payments were instant. The delays were in relation to FIAT.

As you mentioned, your requested method was bitcoin. I'm failing to see what the issue is with them then...

Thanks for the input guys. I cannot understand why Bitdreams is stalling such a smll payment at the risk of harming its reputation over such a small sum. I have also never seen a forum rep act so irresponsibly as if its none of his business. The fact that the price of bitcoin had declined rapidly might have been the real problem but its something the casino has to work out for itself. I personally do not like using bitcoin for payments but it is the only option for me after ecopayz curtailed the use of bank transfer to them from Hong Kong.

Oh, c'mon. Give me a break. Jelena is just doing her job, and her job is not to be a go between between the casino rep and the members. She is announcing new casinos that are being rated here. Some of which end up going for being an Accredited casino here.

The person that ought to be contacted is either me or Max. Neither one of us were tagged in this thread.

Sorry about your disappointment @hhhelllo, but I wasn't even tagged in this thread (nor anyone was), which has been posted during the weekend, first of all.
Second, I'm not a representative of any casino brand. Here to help just because I have direct contacts with people working for casino brands - these contacts are also usually not player related staff members, but still can help and address the issues to the right departments.
The only thing I can do is buzz them and bring forum threads to their attention, in case they missed replying to it. And also ask them for some priority in investigating the cases.
Don't get me wrong, I really want to help whenever I can and as soon as I see someone private messaged or mentioned me - plus all I can do is mentioned above, but I start thinking CM members are mixing up my good intensions and responsibility I feel, with my job :)

But you know for me casinomeister is the only brand I still trust when I try a new place. It's also the only place that I expect to actually negotiate for me if I am getting screwed by a casino. Pay me without any hassle if I win and don't even try to make me wait on false bullshit excuses. In those 4 years, N1 casinos tried to fool me, lied so many times its impossible to count, they eventually lost me everywhere I played at. BML? Zero times. Yes support is not perfect. You have to explain to the agents how to do their work. But thats all. You win and they pay. You wont get asked for stupid selfies. Reverification for fun or dumb request every time you win 100$. Financial related support wont dissapear for 5 days every time you win 1000$.
What I meant is that backing up a casino by posting their link here means that I trust them. I remember when you were mean @Casinomeister with casinos you didnt trust and everyone was telling them to f off somewhere else. Now it seems you are more open minded for newcomers and I have to admit that it's absolutely normal. You have a life to live and we all got bills. If you were banning everyone or every rep when their out of line or not up to expectations, we would have a dead forum since many years. But! Sometimes it's easy to know whats coming... I remember when you were mean @Casinomeister with casinos you didnt trust and everyone was telling them to f off somewhere else. Now it seems you are more open minded for newcomers and I have to admit that it's absolutely normal. You have a life to live and we all got bills. If you were banning everyone or every rep when their out of line or not up to expectations, we would have a dead forum since many years. But! Sometimes it's easy to know whats coming... I hadnt initiated a PAB as yet because I didnt want to bother Max over such a trivial amount. He had been helping me with another PAB just over a month ago and I apreciate that. I thought thi issue could be easily resolved if I relayed it to lady Jelena and the forum rep. Ladyjelena couldnt do anything but the forum rep was very irresponsible by first hinting it could be about verification and ater that it could be FIAT currency. Finally, he told me to go to support myself. I really reckon I had seen enough and wished to relay my experience so that players wont be in a rush to deposit there.


Yes, its been nearly 20 years. How time flies.

I promised updates asnd here it is. I received an email stating the cashout had ju8st been approved and the bitcoins are stated as an incoming transaction in my bitcoin wallet. My cashout request was made on 17 May for the records.

Like @Casinomeister explained, can't agree more - my assumption when presenting new casinos, is that members understand it's newly published grey zone brand, up for testing and feedback - with the main point on letting people know about new review additions we make. But also easy to mix up with BBF - the process with very similar shoutout :)

I apologise for confusion and subjective comments (my personal first impressions :D ) when announcing new brands, sometimes I get excited :laugh:

I'll use this opportunity to invite more people to join Meister Minions and share their experiences with casinos. That's really really appreciated and precious!
