Been a member of slotocash now for a while and while liking some of the games I have never been fortunate enough to be able to withdraw from there. Until now that is. So I go to withdrawal page and to my great annoyance I find there is no way of traditionally withdrawing. Every casino i play at and theres quite a few, allow me to either receive a cheque by post or to be paid straight back to my CC or even my bank account. Not sloto. I have been forced to open a Neteller account and go through the hassle and rigmarole of providing documents, evidence, and waiting an hour on the fone to gain validation clearance. As it is my bank holiday monday has been spent doing a trail of paperwork for an account i will probably never use again in order to withdraw a modicum amount of my own money. Personally speaking i think its crazy that a casino would insist on such stupid withdrawal options. I know there are a lot of people who swear by neteller and the likes but im not one of them and i Shouldnt have to be forced down this route to withdrawn my own money. Big Black mark Sloto

Here's the bright side to your problem. Sloto'cash pays. Just got a heads up from another forum that all Rivals but Sloto'cash are having cashout problems, e.i. paying players, again. Here we go again.

Thanks for your post - I never realised this before.
I am a great advocate of Neteller & think it's the best thing since sliced bread, (maybe you will think that way too after you've used them a few times). But I do agree that it's unusual & not really fair for Sloto to force you down this route and that they should be able to pay by cheque at least.
I also think all casinos should display a clear indication of your withdrawal options on their deposit screen - at least then players could decide at that point whether to go ahead or not without having to check the T&C's first.

Limited choices

I took a free sign-up bonus from (Rival)Simon Says. But they do not offer cheques. I prefer to play by prepaid card, and am willing to wait for a cheque. Helps me limit myself and resist temptation. Had I won I would have opened a wallet to get my $$, and I suggest you do so. But I did not win and was not willing to open new ewallet just to play at a specific (Rival) casino.
