Uninstalled it 3 times now and still the same.

But it doesnt look like its uninstalling properly, because the games are already downloaded when i open the freshly reinstalled casino back up again

After the uninstall, go into your 'My Computer" > C: Drive and you will see a folder called Microgaming.

Right click to manually delete this and then try a re-install, not an expert but I vaguely recall having to do this in the past.

Cheers but tried that as well mate, someone suggested it in a PM.
I sent Mark a message this morning but looks like he hasnt been on today.

All i get when i log in is an incomplete game message, 12 times i have tried it now and crashes on 99% all of the time.

In no rush and cant be arsed with it now

That Viper client has become quite a beast lately. The last thing i recommend is a DNS cache flush. Then download the installation file again, don't use the one you have.

Following the above should force it to restart the installation from scratch as now it is recovering to where it previously stoppped, hence why it goes to 99% and stops as it has an error there.

Cheers Harry, no idea what a DNS cache flush is though lol.

Update on the bonuses, since my last update yesterday, didnt get anything else.
So got £70 no deposit altogether.
And 110 free spins.

Not bad TBH to say I am a humble lowroller.

The only accredited casinos were 32Red and Betsafe. (no Videoslots, MT secure etc)
Not a sniff from the others, not even a plain Happy Birthday email.

Most generous were the Caddell group.

Which windows version are you on JD?

EDIT: The DNS cache stores IP addresses of sites you visit and some more stuff to load a page quicker when you re-visit it. Emptying would give you a clean sheet when you load the 32RED website again to re-download the client.

Its windows 7 Harry.

Do you mean just to clear cookies and cache etc?

No, it is more than that. Google "DNS flush Windows 7" and follow the instructions.

First uninstall the 32RED viper client, delete all 32red files on your hard drive and then do the DNS flush.

Then download a fresh viper file from the 32RED website and do the installation.

Sorry can't post screenshots with instructions as i am on the BTS train going into town.

It said missing, but its ok cos i uninstalled it again, never to come back.

I tried a Casino Rewards download and all that worked fine

Sorry, can't help you when it said "missing"...that is something Mark would know.

The problem with missing is that although there are plenty of offerings to download the DLL file, they do often come with hidden "extras" which you then certainly won't appreciate :D And I don't have a reliable source at the moment to get one but Mark should be able to help there.

Don't despair as yet. I had the same at one of the two that you mentioned only for the VIP manager to drop me a bonus on the Monday. He doesn't work weekends and that is when my birthday fell last year.

My birthday was back in Feb, I was the same tbh, the casinos I played The most at got nothing or less than those I don't play at to much.
Betat and spinstation where kind though, spinstation mailed me to my house which I thought a nice gesture.
On a not so nice side, casumo gave me 7 spins.. yes a random minimum bet 7 spins haha!..:

Wow thanks Trada, you always seem to come up trumps whether it is for charity or the players. I didn't do too well, won less than £12 off the free spins, DoA, Scruffy Duck and Jungle Spirit were just not behaving! Ireturned to Jungle Spirit expecting to bust out when this fell in - I got my balance up to £155 and met wagering with my balance at £135 and withdrew £110 :)

I don't doubt the winnings will be winging their way back to you :D

Birthday was early in the month. Not an email, no free spins, not even a $1 bonus. Despite spending thousands and even hundreds of thousands in deposits at many many places, the good old days have gone. Loyalty is no longer regarded.

Well if my experience is anything to go by last month it does not get better lol.

Then again i never ask casinos for anything so no surprise that i receive nothing. It is more the fact these days that casinos do not even send the automated message anymore saying Happy Birthday.

Do not look for free gifts but i think least they could do is still send the email saying Happy Birthday. Changed days.
