Feedback Big Banner across the bottom?

Hi,

This morning I have a big banner , about 3/4 inches high across the bottom of my CM pages.

It has the symbols for Facebook, Twitter, Print, Email and a + sign for more options.

It is way to big and I really don't like it.

Is this something new to CM and is there a way to get rid of it?

Not a fan either...I'm on iPad...maybe it's different on PCs.

It was not there when I first read this but it is now.

Not at the bottom but keeps sliding in every few seconds from the left.

Something which as insignificant maybe that will defo get on my nerves.

Good to read it is not just my pc...........

If it were the size of the print on the page, that would be great since my eyes are old

but this is just an annoyance.

Ok, I had to widen the page to the entire width of my monitor and it

shows it is now down the left side. I clicked the arrow and put the page back

to about half the size of my monitor............ it is, once again.......

across the bottom of the page.

Worked for me whilst scrolling up and down a particular page. (Clicking arrow to 'hide')

The moment you click on a new link, including 'Post new Thread' - it's back again.

Funny how I can put up with hours of laggy slot spins yet this thing is driving me nuts already!

Now it's making the screen narrower and is distracting the left eye by flashing up as it loads in at the side of the forum every time I change thread... The thread loads in full width and jumps-in as that appears.

Most sites tend to have their twatter/faecebook etc. buttons incorporated into the top say like my YT channel they are discreetly placed on the right of the banner.

There ya go! CM still has the faecebook button 'f-connect' by your name in the header band - cant they all be put there as there is a spare white band to the left of the 'f connect' button where they wouldn't be as distracting yet visible and not affecting the margin width.

Just an idea!

I thought this was rectified yesterday evening when I logged in

Yeah, we're screwing around here. No worries, I'll try to make this as eye comforting as possible. But that's going to be happening next week. I have an Oktoberfest to attend to.
