Dear player
As stated in my previous email to you, we take every reasonable measure to ensure excluded players are unable to register and play. However, the responsibility has to lie with the player themselves to ensure that this does not happen. You, yourself, must be liable for any losses, howsoever caused, if you decide to register an account with a casino group from where you are already excluded. By registering accounts on X-Factor Games and BGT Games with sufficiently different details, you have been able to circumvent the security verification procedures we have in place. The address on the X-Factor Games account is zxy, whilst the address on your BGT Games account is xyz.
Due to the very nature of the security verification process and the number of new registrations we receive, it is not possible for us to go through and manually check all accounts to ensure no terms or conditions have been breached during the registration process. There has to be an automated system in place which is user-friendly and allows the customer to register and play. This is why all customers are required to confirm they have read, understood and agree to abide by, our terms and conditions before the registration process is complete. If our rules were followed this situation could have been avoided. Unfortunately, we stand by our decision and your withdrawal cannot be paid. No further correspondence will be entered into regarding this matter and you should seek alternative counsel if you wish to escalate this matter further.
Kind Regards
Dave

This is a follow-up to your previous request
"Account Closure"
Thanks for your reply. I'm unable to accept your response as satisfactory. If I had deposited on your site and lost all of my money then I would be much more likely to agree with what you're saying. However this was not the case, I deposited £100 and withdrew £180. Could you please tell me a scenario in this incident where if I win money I ever get money back, because the way you describe it, whatever I deposit I lose, regardless of if I win or not. Which is classified as stealing. I would hope on this occasion you could follow the gambling commissions terms and conditions, which is to offer refunds when players deposit after self excluding.
Kind Regards,
player
