Hi. I opened an account with BGO the other day. Made several deposits totalling £230 and played for a few hours. After almost going bust I stopped playing with my balance at £222.
A few hours later my account was frozen, and I've since found out by email that I had previously held an account in 2014 on an old email address. I assumed (wrongly) that the money would be returned to me and the account closed. Seems they are just keeping it, as per section 19 of their t and c's. No bonus was taken either.
I have had a similar issue once before and the company refunded without even needing to be asked. I could sort of understand if the money had been lost, but it was sitting in my account. Just wondered what people's thoughts were on this?
