I'm afraid for me, BGO fell into the same trap as Ladbrokes,
Probably offered a more lucrative deal from playtech, to offer the slots, but everything else went south. I've since closed my account, a I did with Ladbrokes.

I made a withdraw yesterday just before 6pm, Received an email 10:59AM today saying its on its way, thats 17 hrs to get paid, Its not the fastest on the market but certainly not the slowest, I can live with that sort of time frame,

Wtf happened..
Very unpleased lately at BGO so i did close my account earlier today. I used to deposit there to play some playtech with or without bonuses, noticed yesterday that you cant play any Marvel jackpot game anymore with bonuses. Cant understand why they would do that since the rtp isnt the best on them anyways. Think im down 10-20 deposits after my latest win which was in June when i just wanted to try bgo out with 10£ (15€) won 946€ but ever since that i get like 5 minutes of playtime latest one today on Zeus 3 50£ with crap rtp. And when i asked the customer support about the rtp they get upset and told me why bother since my lifetime rtp is 109%. Wtf... atleast you get some playtime at most casinos not just pure capital punishment like mine 15 last deposits been
Atleast i gave em a merry christmas when he lied to me and told we cant check the rtp for single games...

Apologies for resurrecting an ageing thread but things at BGO have turned around and this seemed the most likely place to update the BGO story.
For some time we'd been having difficulties getting player issues resolved at BGO. At the very least they were very reluctant to discuss case details and the responses we were getting were creeping closer and closer to the dreaded "talk to the hand" scenario. A few months ago things were bad enough that we'd had a few (in-house) discussions regarding their suitability for continued Accredited status.
Well, things change, and sometime early this year the company decided to tackle their social media, press and communications problems head-on. It seems they've created a new team and brought in several new faces "to manage brand and reputation". The good news is that the new team reached out to us, requested some face-time while we were in Amsterdam for AAC 2016, and after a couple brief discussions we were pleasantly optimistic. As it's turned out they're considerably more conscientious about player issues and have worked hard to undo the shambles that BGO's external communications had become.
Over the last few months I've been working with the new people on resolving several old BGO issues and I'm happy to say we're almost done. Some of these have been particularly difficult cases -- aka "time vampires" -- but the new rep has stuck with us and we've pretty much got the slate cleared. The end results haven't always been to the player's tastes -- in one particular case the money refunded by the casino was donated to charity because the player had (IMO) been attempting to pull a fast one -- but nevertheless, the books have (almost) been cleared and the new BGO people deserve credit for a job well done.

Hi Max, thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it and we'll continue to do all we can to provide the best player experience we can and keep lines of dialogue open with our players.
P.S. - it would be good if this could become the thread for all things bgo, it makes life a lot easier to have any comments/feedback/questions in one place so I can find it easily as I can't search for "bgo"
