Beware of NOXWIN bonus T&C

I just deposited £100 at Noxwin for a 50% reload bonus. opened up TSII, pressed spin and got a message saying 'insufficient funds'. Same with IR
So I contacted support who told me to do the usual, delete browser history and cookies etc. this didn't work.
So I was transferred to another support agent



"But our bonus department can change bonus dateils", Fair enough, IF they also change the T&C to reflect this.

the only clause in the bonus terms naming specific slots is

10. Bets placed at the following games will contribute 70% towards the wagering requirements: Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive, Jackpot 6,000, Devils Delight, Jack Hammer, Safari Madness, Pirate's Gold and Mega Joker. Bets placed at the rest of the eligible games will contribute 100% towards the wagering requirements.


I've taken screenshots of their bonus terms, so let's see if any changes are made now

Do you think it may have something to do with me, previously, winning and making a withdrawal from their SUB, playing TSII and IR ??????

Thats out of order to exclude games when not written down, They just cannot change things as in there terms, Especially changing games without prior notice,
I have not came across them games to be excluded unless the bonus was for netent games only,

They had had me over as well, My deposit bonus did not go on so I said bugger it I just play without one than my game play was unreal so ask if possible too add the bonus, Which they did and beggars believe a spin or two later with my own funds got a win, Managed to clear wager and balance dropped, I asked why and they said its because the bonus was a no deposit bonus with a max win attached, How was it a free bonus? I could not bet bothered to argue so just took out my remaining funds and called it a day with them,

The Only mention of NetEnt was in the email I received and that was referring to the extra 50 free spins that was included in the offer.





Plus I tried 'Araiana' which is MGS, before I contacted support, just to check it wasn't a technical problem with MGS games.

Something else I've just noticed... + 50 free spins on all netent slots
If you take that as it's written, they're offering 50 spins on each of the NetEnt games
Written correctly it should say + 50 free spins on any netent slot

I was not saying that bonus was for netent, as you pointed out that you had tried arina and worked, It was just that I have seen on other sites, Normally with the free spins are for netent which turns out they was,

Would be a bonus if it was 50 spins ON ALL NETENT GAMES

They cannot just disallow games without prior notice, Looks like they did but that's proper rouge,

ask the casino to refund your deposit, tell them your closing your account due to this underhand scam and deposit at a casino that respects your business

I once had the same problem but it turned out i had a unfinished game round in one of Play&go slots.

They are UKCG licensed so they shouldn't be doing this disallowing games without putting it in the t&c's. This is definitely roguish behaviour and false advertising imo. If they don't want certain games played put them in the T&c's. What disturbs me the most is that Brianmon was told that the bonus department can change bonus details which seems to me they can do it on the fly which is very very sneaky and wrong. So the list of excluded games is either wrong on purpose or somebody forgot to update them. I don't like this at all.

To add my (small) experience with Noxwin.

I signed up when I was bored one day. The webpage said something like "Your first deposit bonus has a wagering requirement of times x". I thought ok and made a deposit. It was only after making the deposit that it was revealed to me the wagering requirement was BONUS+DEPOSIT times x. I thought this was really sneaky and deliberately made to look better than it was pre sign up so I have never deposited again. Despite the constant spam they send me.

Well, after emailing them, I'm getting no reply. I've tried the slots again, and NONE of the MGS games are even loading now.
Since I tried playing 'Ariana' on saturday, I've now used some of the bonus, so i can't even just withdraw my deposit.
It looks like I'm stuck with the bonus and whatever slots do actually play

I received 15 free spins instead of the advertised 50.

The wagering is MISDESCRIBED at 35 x bonus BUT they are pulling the same stunt SkyVegas did recently whereby they lump the deposit in with the bonus so you effectively have 35 x D+B and needless to say (unlike Sky who changed the terms to reflect this BS).

E-mails are unanswered and no instant CS chat.

I tried a second cash-only deposit and found the MG QF games would NOT load.

So I SE'd and closed the account. There's more chance of me going near my missus than this place again.

Like I said earlier the same happened to me on there. There is nothing "effectively" about it - they advertise as 35x bonus but its really 35x bonus + deposit. To me that is an outright scam. I agree stay away.

They got one deposit off me, I should have known better.
