I have downloaded Betvoyager and played the same day two sessions roulette without problems and ended both sessions winning.

But the next day something strange happened. I couldn't log in from the desktop and got this message instead: "your session has expired." What could be the reason of this anomaly?

However, when I logged in via the main site I could play roulette again.

But after a few spins the roulette ball just kept spinning and didn't stop. This means that my software did not receive the signal from their server anymore. This is caused by slow internet traffic. I wonder if the casino itself can cause a slow internet traffic? Does anyone know if this is possible?

I contacted the support via online chat, and explained the problem, but I got no reply!! All what I could do finally was exit the Casino by clicking the X button.

Hiya: I play at Betvoyager every day. here is the deal. Take the shortcut on your desktop, and toss it in the reclcle bin, it is useless. Play the game from the Start Menu. Betvoyager does Updates, and will even take the Casino off line for Maintenance once in a while.

Yes, sometimes the ball will just spin. Usually, after a few minutes it will stop and land in a number. Sometimes it does not, and you have to exit the casino. The, "Your session has expired", message will come up a lot. Also, when exiting a game, you will see, "Re Set Euro" instead of your actual ballance. This is also normal, and it will usually re set it self in a minite.

It is a good idea, to delete the Casino, and download it again every once in a while if you keep getting the, "checking for updates 1 of 7", and then your session has expired message. I have won a lot there, and always got paid within a few hours.

Recently I had a few problems with BetVoyager. These are solved. But today I have another problem. I log into the Casino, click on the roulette icon and then on the "no zero roulette" picture. What then happens, is that I can only play the "demo mode" because the "real mode" is not available!! Could this be due to server maintenance?
