Probably way past the point of useful for OP but if anyone’s reading or wondering; Betty could definitely seem like BS or a scam with their claims but honestly they’re not at all. The withdrawal times are insanely good, cards a bit faster than e transfer now that they changed vendors to Wyzia, but it’s still less than 20 minutes. They really do not have playthrough requirements however you have to play your deposit amount once through, If that’s unfair to you then you’re unreasonable lol their promos are not the draw factor for the site for sure. You do get a daily offer of deposir X $ amount (30 always and usually 25 but lately 55) get some spins which could be worse for sure. Weekly $100 for 100 bonus spins. Occasionally and selectively they’ll offer a holiday bonus for instance easter right now 30% deposit match with a maximum awarded bonus of $300. This is incredible when you factor in the no playthrough requirements which they still stick to on these occasional offers. That’s a gem of an offer folks. I’ve spoken to their customer support quite a lot because I’m meticulous and nitpicky and also very chatty. They have the best customer service of anywhere in my opinion. I don’t mean in the industry I do mean anywhere. No chat bot. No scripted copy paste answers that don’t fit your situation when there’s a unique situation, obviously a straight forward common one they do. I’m a fan of personable service. An annectdote here: around Christmas a friend was selected for one of the deposit match bonuses, someone who plays not even close to what I do and I was not. I was irked. I was really irked when I had a banner ad saying this bonus did exist on selected accounts. I argued, quite a lot, and at the time felt my business wasn’t being valued given they wouldn’t offer me the same thing and I was a far more loyal customer. They were firm, I didn’t get the bonus, but they spoke to me like a human being, gave reasons I had overlooked as loyalty incentives and made some points I thought were pretty stupid too. However they took the time to handle it, and throughly and personably. They told me no, and turned my dissatisfied stance I was adamantly going to discontinue my loyalty over into a happy customer once again. That’s not an easy feat. They have a very broad game selection, probably the deepest. They have also added games upon request including one id asked for once a month prior they sent me a personal email and 20 free spins when they added it. That’s top notch. The sites not glitchy usually, no app though.

If you’re chasing bonuses then this isn’t going to be the site for you.

I don’t work for them, you can choose to believe me it not it’s really inconsequential to me. If you’re sitting on the fence about trying it just do it. Put in $30 pick 1/15 or so games to get your first 100 spins in and play it. They do 1st 2nd and 3rd deposit bonuses and pay out so fast that you can legit pop your $ in, and play it once, take it out, put it back and repeat and as long as you’ve played the deposit amount once through you’re paid as quickly as they claim (card, again e transfers can be >30 mins and average I’d say 7-10)

No Shilling, it's an actual casino that treats players very well.
There's other reward heavy casinos that promise a lot and end up treating you like a compete bird.
Any lottery or gaming wins are non-taxable across Canada, I'm not sure what you mean about their terms.

Their original terms when they first launched mentioned letting the CRA know about wins i think over 500 if i remember correctly. last i checked i couldn't see that term anymore but i have zero interest in playing on a casino that is this clueless about how things work....regardless of the amount of shilling in this thread.

Weird how every newbie on here with a couple of posts on here just so happened to play at this one very obscure casino. Maybe some posters are actually legit, but the whole thing smells really fishy.

The thing is that when you've been using the interwebs for 25 years then you can pretty easily spot these things. Anyway, carry on.

Myself and 2 friends heard about this casino at the same time, all through popups/ads. I was the first Guinea pig, hrm... 100 free spins for only a $20 deposit? It was worth a try, although my suspicion was it was an easy way for them to get $20 from me. After the 100 free spins, my total winnings were .70 cents. Yes you read that correctly, .70 cents for 100 spins. As soon as those free spins ended, I immediately got another popup that I will get 120 free spins if I deposit another $30. By this point I'm convinced it's a scam, so I do a check some online reviews, and see others complaining of sub 1 dollar wins on their 100 spin bonus.

However I still decided to deposit another $30, to more or less confirm my suspicion. The next 120 free spins earned me an impressive $2! So now I have my 52.75 to play with. I decided to go for a modest .40 cent/spin on a variety of games. Every game I played was very similar in return. Overwhelmingly terrible luck on every single game, with an average return of about 10-15 % per game (this was consistent with the hundreds of bonus spins prior). I was knowingly scammed, it's my fault, but places like this just don't sit right with me. I decide to post a review on trustpilot (the site where this casino brags about having a 4.5 star customer rating). There are many 1 * reviews saying exactly the same thing as I experienced. I leave a review, and was notified that my review was being hidden, because betty.ca reported it. A quick search and I find several other people are complaining about silencing their critical reviews of their website on trustpilot as well.

I told my 2 friends about my suspicions, but still asked if they didn't mind testing it themselves to see if they had similar results, and if they lost quickly, I'd refund them their $50. They had very similar results, one also claiming to win .70 cents on one of the 100 spins. 0 bonus games between the two, and quickly losing their $50 afterwards.

So Betty.ca is actively scamming people, and whenever the victim tries to make their voice heard, they are being silenced and having their reports deleted. This is next level scumbaggery. On top of that, there are several people who have posted, saying they were given a casino credit for leaving a positive 5* review for Betty.ca .

SUMMATION: Betty.ca has falsely inflated their trustpilot rating by paying people to post 5* reviews, while simultaneously having legitimate 1* reviews hidden or fully removed.

Okay so enough with the “Betty is a scam” or just because I don’t have many posts of casinomeister - I work for them. Its like this I have better f*+^ing things to do with my time then be on this site making regular posts but if you need my regular posts of reviews I can provide them all right now and if proof is required I can also send you screenshots.
BetM: I’m not calling them a scam but I requested my 12 month transaction history and I had deposited nearly $8,000!!!!!
In return I won a whopping $420 during the same time period!!! Let’s just say I told them off and closed my acccount. Oh and their bonus are absolutely atrocious; you can’t even call them bonuses!!

Betty I play nearly everyday. They are my go to site. They have the BEST customer service anywhere!! Their bonuses are great and they have an amazing selection of games.
Sure I’ve gone through bad stretches with them too where none of the games are hitting ANY bonuses and I only win $2 on my free 44 spins that were valued at $8.80, but that’s GAMBLING!!! You can’t come on any review site and say “I spent $600 and only won back $40 so they’re a scam”
I didn’t call either BetMGM or casino rewards a scam! I simply shared my experience and it was my choice to stop playing at BetMGM and only occasionally on casino rewards.
As for Betty I love their site! I’m up a little over $4,000 since the start of the year! They have the FASTEST withdrawals times and the BEST customer service!!!
