if you are ever unsure go to igaming ontario's web site. they have a link to all of the legit casinos. having said that I would stay away from the legit betty site considering their draconian terms and conditions. If you win over 500.00 (yes only 500 from what i remember reading when they launched) they apparently will require some kind of form for the CRA which isn't even lawful as far as I know as slots are non taxable as it is a game of chance.

One caveat though: as previously mentioned there's no need to posts things criticising unrelated casinos in order to discuss Betty. Apparently Betty is on something of a campaign against certain other casinos in their self-promotion and that nonsense is unwelcome here (see Forum Rules item 1.8).

I’ve been playing on Betty casino for a few weeks now and they really do have very fast withdrawal times. My first withdrawal took about 10 minutes. Every withdrawal after that was in my account the same minute! The only exception is this evening I won $1,700 and I did my withdrawal about 4 hours ago but I’m not worried at all. I’m sure it will be in my account before noon

To be honest I don’t have any issues with the marketing I was exposed to. Basically I was logging into casino rewards on Google and an ad was at the top saying something like why it’s better to switch to Betty.ca and they were simply comparing aspects of their site versus casino rewards. The big one for me was withdrawal within an hour versus waiting 5-6 days for casino rewards and it’s ABSOLUTELY TRUE!! I got so tired of waiting days for casino rewards to process my winnings. Most of the time they got their money back because I would end up reversing it. When I saw that ad I registered and basically Ive been playing on their site and I also kept playing on Draft Kings. All the other sites I closed or self-excluded myself. I kept 888 to play poker. That’s not bashing them or campaigning against them. It’s merely an opinion and expressing my experience with these sites. Betty may not have as many games and there certainly are games I miss playing, but their withdrawal times are 100% accurate and they have amazing customer service.

It's true...I went on and I have won twice... 700.first time 200 second time..Thanks Betty!! I requested a withdrawel..and got it in minutes...I did deposit through e-transfer. I recommend! Fast cash out...and no hassles...Good Luck!

Previously it used to say any winnings over 500 will be reported to revenue Canada even though though they aren't supposed to as it's gambling and now it's been changed to "All taxes due in connection with any winnings awarded to You are Your sole liability". Regardless a company that is this clueless isn't one I'm willing to take a chance with.

Dont know about tax stuff with casinos, I actually figured they would have to report wins as source of income? But I havent done my taxes yet so Im no expert. I joined Betty about 10 days ago and gotta say their withdrawals are stupid fast. I dont even know if they check them, mine seem to be instant. Nice people in their chat, too, not bots. I was coming off negative experience at another Casino. Betty seems straight up.

I have used this site and I did enjoy depositing money and getting bonusses instantly and instantly withdrawing. It is all legit, for the first two weeks, and then no more promo offers even though it says new weekly promos. Good for two weeks for bits of easy winnings, but shut you down afterward and rake.

From my own experience, playing nearly daily, Betty is 100% legit. ZERO playthroughs on nodeposit daily bonuses and instant withdrawals to your canadian cheqing account via visa debit.

The daily bonus and spin game both give you something every day, and they go up in amounts substantially when you've been depositing.

I have received a few cash bonuses that were not withdrawable, but anything I won was, however cashing out would void the rest of your bonus funds. Non bonus funds play first, so imo beat strategy is throw down a few big bets and hope for something to hit that makes it worthwhile tho throw the rest away.

No Shilling, it's an actual casino that treats players very well.
There's other reward heavy casinos that promise a lot and end up treating you like a compete bird.
Any lottery or gaming wins are non-taxable across Canada, I'm not sure what you mean about their terms.
