Hello! i have little hope to resolve this case.. But i feel strong för my point. And I will put away emotional arguments for real talk.
I want to start with saying, that betsson Is a great casino and I've played here for 10 years by now and it's a 10/10. None should doubt that betsson is anything else.
Problem is following.
Betsson had a tournanent for Swedish customers. The point is to reach the highest x-win on chosen games.
Spin 5kr bet - You win 500kr. It makes it a 100x win. Simple.
The two customers with highest xbet wins both 15k cash to travel the world with.
I played this game from BTG namned Extra Chili, in witch you can buy bonuses.
I bought a bonus round with value 5kr per spin and won 12 freespins.
And i won around 2500x the bet of 5kr in the bonus.
Holy shit, I now realized I both win a huge win and a maybe the tournament.
Now comes the day the winners would be announced and i had not yet been contacted so I thought I might not had qualified.. So I popped into chat and asked for the leaderboard..
1st place 4000x
2st place 1000x.
Now I get confused, as I won 2500x and would be at second place.
I try to contact the campaign team and after a long time I get a reply telling me that my win is counted as a 52x win multiplying from 250kr (the cost of the bonus) and not the actual ingame bet value.
Now I would never try to win this tournament if I didn't read the rules properly.
It tells you that that the value of the spin you multiply with the win. When you buy a bonus, you have a certain value per spin. This value is of course not 250kr per spin, it's 5kr.
The rules does not exclude using the feature "buy a bonus".
The outcome of buying bonus does not give you any advantage for this tournament.
But in the end... Betsson can do whatever they like without any explanation is mentioned in the rules..
None would label my win as a 52x win, it's a 2500x win both in social context and in a logical context.
Maybe Iam wrong, maybe I'm right. Maybe we are both right and wrong.. But here we go.
