Sorry Max could not reply on the warning thread and can't fit this in a PM but I have accessed the site. The term you put in bold doesn't actually exist - part of it does in term 12 of the bonus rules but this bold bit is not there, and the term 12 of bonus rules has no relation to the bigger issue of this site being able to defraud players. It just seems this term was selected as a convenience to 'solve' the issue from their side as a cover-all excuse. The site is still taking players and deposits as I just found out by inventing a sign-up and aborting it.
The operation is clearly dishonest in intent, another 'no-lose' rogue site which takes deposits if you lose, and refunds them if you win. Nice work if you can get it. Betspace.com IS ROGUE and I enclose their terms which they allege give them carte blanche to not pay winners:
