I deposit at BetSafe every day (minimum £25) and have done for several months now. What has surprised me, is not once have I received any promotions i.e. 50% or 100% match bonuses in that time or had any contact from a casino manager. Yet, my mum who plays maybe once a month gets regular text messages with 100% or 150% weekend bonuses.

Having checked today that I'm opted in for promotions, just wondering if any players have heard of a loyalty scheme or VIP manager at BetSafe?

I get between €25 and €100 with 35x WR once or twice a month. Regular reloads with 25x WR and other offers. I don't deposit huge amounts but have been loyal to Betsafe for years.

Being a big company maybe it's different people handling the casino in the UK.

Never talked the CS/manager and they don't send emails to my email address so I tend to check it every other day as it seems random when they give free chips, generally 50 every few months and 50-100% match bonuses about once a month. I generally deposit 60, 5-6 times a month

All of these have carried some form of bonus from 25% up to a huge 200% the once!

You can also try to ask live-chat if they can offer you something and they review your account and give you something. For such a big-company (Betsson Group) they are still fairly near to the player if you compare them to other big-guns.

I think in pounds i received a nice £170 bonus at that time which gave me lot of playtime. Thanks mate. But yeah that happened start last year and had some more withdrawals from them. But winnings stopped so not been as active at Betsafe anymore but will pickup soon again

They are definitely random. I get instant withdrawals but hardly ever get offered a bonus . One about every two months. The occasional free spins, but I actually really like them ! Don't really know why but I do and I play there regularly, for me anyway

Just out of interest have you tried the direct approach and just asked them?

I'm sorry to hear you're no longer playing with us. I do understand it can be frustrating when you do not receive as much bonuses as you feel you deserve. However bonuses are based on multiple factors and can't always be offered.

However as I also mentioned in the thread regarding our withdrawal times, we unfortunately can't guarantee that withdrawals will be handled automatically. Although more than half of all withdrawals are handled instantly some need to be reviewed manually. Due to security reasons I can not go into details regarding the exact procedures. Hi, I would really like to know how this part works please.

As your 'Betsafe skin' houses my favourite 3 providers (MG, WMS and Netent) I would genuinely like to play more often but as a low roller with a limited budget I do rely on a bonus for extended play time if nothing else so tend to 'shop around' day to day.

When I first registered, for about 2 months or thereabouts I received, 50%, 100%, a huge 200% as well as free spin offers, no deposit bonuses and the occasional 'Wager £x on a certain game for a bonus etc.

This has now gone to the extreme opposite as in no offers, not even the occasion email of any description.

The 'tab' as you describe is always empty of offers as I feel it is for a lot of players who have contributed to this thread.

I do understand costs etc but with the 'safety net' of associated wagering requirements on bonuses and a company the size of Betsson I do feel you could offer more!

I closed my account at BetSafe today. The site seems pretty much dead. Games are "laggy" and I have constant 102 and 202 errors that come up during gameplay. Customer support never replies to any emails and the Livechat always pushes responsibility onto other departments that are forever closed or unavailable. They never run any fun promotions, free spins or bonuses. I have not received anything for months with many deposits.

They really need to get their act together, they used to be a great place to play, but not any more. Good riddance BML Group.

More lucky than me as couple years back after losing several 1000's in under 1 month they apologized that there was not really anything they could offer me I think they might have given me a tiny bonus or something. But stopped playing there and around half year later I made my own revenge as a £200 reverse ended up in over £2000 withdrawal in total. I will jump on the wagon here and say seems Betsafe have given up on their players. I could see this close down for UK very soon. Not really worth playing there anymore. Though at one time I seemed to play there a lot and was happy. I think was the way their site was setup. But those days were long go. My new best friends are Casumo and soon i need to step up more at Guts and Videoslots.
