I've learned too late that these people have a bad repuation but also that they were trying to clean up their act,

Yesterday i deposited about 700 euros and have pending withdrawals totalling about 1100.

When I sent in my proof documents unprompted to save time i received an email

"thank you for the documents.
We will process your payout as fast as possible. "

then when asking about a subsequent withdrawal

"Hi,
we have closed your betting account for security reasons!
We have to be sure that we receive your money first before we can do a payout.
The security check can take some weeks.
Kindly regards,
Your bets4all.com – Team!"

Some weeks to do a security check. Is this the same thing as "as fast as possible"

Anyone else with experience of Bets4all

it would be inteesting to know here which kind of deposit method you have used?

some methods require a clearance period which would explain the casinos behaviour, but why blocking the account because oif that?

Money deposited by visa, requested back by bank transfer.

Don't understand why so few companies have the decency to return the money the way you gave it to them.

Secondly funny why security checks are never done before you're allowed to deposit!

"some weeks", gets me a bit worried

ok so if you have made your deposit by visa its obvious they run more security checks as you have the chance to do a chargeback when using credit cards.

i would advise you to not use your credit cards directly in casinos, its better to make up an account with neteller or moneybookers, you can fund it with your visa and then instantly transfer to casinos of your choice.
its much more convinient and your withdrawals will be received way faster than on other methods as theres no clearance period.

but why doyou withdraw using bank transfer? isnt it possible to withdraw back to your visacard?

many casinos do it like this, if you withdraw they often use the method u used to deposit.

and as you said of yourse a preverication would make things much easier but unfortunately most casinos only check you once you hit the cashout button.

as i dont know the casino where you played i cant give more specific answer to your issue.

It gets more outrageous:

Hi Julian,

the first payout can take up to 2-3 months. We have to be sure that your payment receive our bank account and that the money stays there. (that we receive no charge back)

Kindly regards,

Your bets4all.com – Team!

These guys have a choppy reputation, as a brief search on Google shows.

With a 2 to 3 month withdrawal delay I wouldn't expect this outfit to last too long!

but I thought casino processors sort of make it a requirement to pay back withdrawals to the method used to deposit??

some do this, others let you choose different methods also.

they have to protect against money laundering etc.. which is reasonable

but in this case the casino acts way out line imo. a few months clearance period? wtf? eiher they are ultra scared the player charges back his deposit :D or they need the time to earn the money to pay him out :what::D

i never ever heard of a normal withdrawal timeframe that exceeded 2-3 weeks.

Surely this would CREATE the very situation they seek to avoid, a chargeback.

For this player, it's 700 in, 1100 out, not a big win. First they are assured payment would be fast, then it's a couple of weeks, and then 3 MONTHS. This would cause any SANE person to at least CONSIDER their position lest they kiss goodbye to the DEPOSIT, as well as the winnings.

Why don't they INSIST on returning the money back to VISA, which would ensure there was NO chance of a chargeback of the 700. Banks do NOT process chargebacks where the merchant voluntarily returns the "purchase" amount to the card.

I've never heard of this charge back before. Do banks / visa card companies readily do this? Do you have to proove anything to them?

of course they do, and of course you have to proof and explain it if possible and! you have to confirm you tell the truth!

i would only! consider doing a chargeback if anyone debited your card in a fraudulent way.

if you do a chargebank on no solid grounds your bank will cancel their business with you i assume.
