Hey everyone,

i had my first tryout of Betonsoft this morning in the Treasure Mile Casino.

+ Quite a lot of different 5 reel slots
+ Graphics pretty cool
+ Bonus rounds trigger relatively often
+ Variance pretty low, i had a lot of playtime with a small 20$ Deposit

- As in some other software bonus rounds payout is HORRIBLE. Most times max. 5-10x bet. I don't get it why MG and RIVAL has these quite big bonus rounds and other software have these pathetic picking rounds...
- The slots get quite boring after a while...

I can recommend it for casual players that want to try something new, but i overall i was not impressed.

I recently tried it and I have a serious issue. I am waiting for a payout before I post about it, but I saw your post and thought I would reply. I'm not mentioning the casino, and I think it is a problem that can be resolved. It's a software issue I'm sure. I was playing video poker. As for playing, I enjoyed playing on it as it was fast and smooth. I'll get back to you, though, soon I hope. I want to continue playing it, but my issue must be resolved first. It's a strange one, you'll see.

I thought the software was fun to play and I've had some nice bonus round hits (some bad bonus rounds as well, but that's what happens ). I never had a problem getting paid, especially by grandprive or genesys but atlantis gold is somewhat slow paying. I found their bonus system to be more that fair and support was always available and knowledgeable. They also will pay back to the credit card, which I liked a lot.

I give them a very solid rating. Not quite RTG, but still lots of fun, and us in the USA don't have many options.

Something odd is happeing with this group. They are claiming processor issuse, that they cannot refund e-wallet deposits, but want to pay by other means. Yes they have the right to do this, but i think its an excuse, because why wouldnt skrill and neteller be affected with processor problems.

Ok, money is in my bank account as of this morning. Cool! I think I'll start a new thread on this problem I have with the software video poker.

I like the software, playing slots only. Actually like it better than RTG.

I've received several withdrawals from both Genesys Group and whatever Treasure Mile etc. are. All recent withdrawals have been by check, which actually turned out to be bank drafts, not to be cashed just deposited. Sent to my bank, they didn't even hold it.

The one drawback is they have a 48 hr. reversible time period and they stick to it. However, after that my checks got here within 5 days via courier.

Not advocating, just giving my experience.

they used to have an issue with their three card poker game payouts and I'm not sure if they updated/changed that yet. The issue was that they didn't pay extra on bonus hands (three of a kind, flush, etc) if the dealer did not qualify and actually told me this was the rule.

I have stuck to slots for quite a while so not sure if they have updated the payouts.
