I'm not sure if this is where I should be posting this but..anyway.. I signed up with 2 different sportsbook/Casinos this week. Both, from what I read,well-recognized and highly rated. For me,I found 5dimes doesn't live up to the hype. My issue is with BetOnline. I have only been with them a few days but already I have had several experiences with my emails and questions either being misinterpreted ,answered incorrectly or just not answered at all. Is it just me or are these guys REALLY confused? It would take too long to explain the 2 or 3 issues but the one that has me on fire is about a question I emailed them and had conversations back and forth about. They had applied a casino bonus I didn't ask for and just discovered in my 'bonuses' link. I asked about it and there were 8 EIGHT emails back and forth where I was ASSURED there was no outstanding bonus (this is after they sent an email with an answer to a question I wasn't asking.again) This was yesterday. Today I received an email apologizing for the rep (I was in contact with 3 different reps) giving wrong info. I was then informed I had an outstanding rollover of 700 dollars(on a bonus they told me I didnt get) Interestingly, they had my play as less than 30 dollars. My losses ALONE were 70.00 yesyterday, which implies many hundreds in play. WTF is up with Betonline and who do I contact there to actually get something done ..in English.

english is not a top priority there. I have sent many emails to them, which, I must say, they reply to very promptly. but the reply never has anything to do with what I was asking about. (lots of that going around, just sayin')

It was a train-of-thought letter, written while I was angry. I do get your point... btw They have Sportsbook + Casino both. Also a poker room.

@Max1Mike... SEE? I KNEW it wasn't just me? How in the heck does a customer ever get what they need from these guys? Some of their responses I'd swear were sent to me in error. You'd think they were meant to answer someone else's letter. Tough to trust my $$ with them, honestly.

You're right.

To me, poor English and vague and/or irrelevant responses from customer service is a big red flag. In some situations it isn't life threatening, but I always worry about the day when I need an accurate reply to an important question which might end up costing me money should it not be such.

I've played at some casinos where I've liked the games and promotions, but have struck them off my list due to poor service. It's just not worth the risk IMO.

Voting with your feet/wallet is the only way to force change.

trusting them is tough enough, seeing as they are US friendly, which means they are willing to falsely code our deposits to get them to go through...

more importantly, you really need to dig deep through their t&c's to make sure you don't get bit in the ass.

withdrawl fees are stupid high, not to mention the 6% they take off of every deposit.

Thanks for the feedback. The thing is, I like a Sportsbook with a casino and/or poker available too. I tried Sportsbook.com and read nothing but negative stuff. Tried Topbet,5Dimes and now Betonline. What is the US player to do? Best site 'Bovada' doesn't take deposits from New York anymore :what:

I sometimes think that these email replies are nothing more than pre-programmed macro responses, as Nifty stated be aware of your surrounds and make doubly sure your CS are competent, a great example was yesterday when I was enquiring after bonus T&c`s from Unibet and was using live CS, as I couldn`t see bonus related rules and regs from their main site, not only did I get a link to them via CS but was also asked if there was any particular aspect I needed info on, now that is my kind of CS ;).
