I have previously once played on BetiBet casino and have an account there. I have also made several deposits on MrCasinos site but now that I managed to to complete wagering for a bonus (and win quite nicely) and I sent in my documents, I got an answer telling me I have two accounts on this operator (one on BetiBet and one on MrCasinos) and all my winnings were removed and my original deposit refunded. I had no idea that these two casinos were somehow connected and that I couldn't have an account on both. I noticed this term and in the terms and conditions: "Have not previously opened an account which is still active in any Website managed by the Operator". Are my winnings as doomed as I think they are?
As a cherry on top they're insisting I have to play free spins on my account related to the bonus I got (that was removed) and I can't currently even withdraw my original deposit before I use and wager some Starburst free spins.
